Small, but with lift (elevator) which was usefull for our 6th floor room. Hotel is quiet and surprisingly very nice with good price for room. Room was big with quite new A/C and very clean. We asked for quiet room and got one facing backyard and had a good sleep. Bottled water, soap, shampoo and even shaving cream and tooth brush provided as well. Breakfast was delicious. Complimentary airport pickup wad not possible (but they informed us infront) but hotel provided complimentary airport drop off for ou flight to Pokhara exactly intime as agreed. FYI: Normally you can use from airport "Prepaid taxi" which has kiosk at arrival hall and cost for Thamel is 850Rp.

Everything was excellent

The staff is lovely and always ready to assist in all matters and requests in a prompt manner. The owner is also a super friendly and hospitable man, making guests feel like family. The room is very big and the bed is super comfortable. The bathroom is also very big with a shower that comes with hot water and strong pressure. My room is situated on the quieter side away from the streets where traffic flows and so the ambiance is generally very peaceful. The location of the hotel right in the middle of Thamel is very close to everything you'd need, restaurants, atm, shops, bars, yoga studios, etc, but it's on a side lane away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads. This is also one of the rare places offering a lift which is such a luxury. Definitely highly recommend this hotel for all travelers!

The bathroom drain takes a long time to drain off the water during a shower and so it gets flooded for a while. However, after some time the water gets drained off so it's not too big a deal. The staff did request for a plumber to try and fix the issue however it persisted after a while, again, it's not a huge deal as the water does drain off eventually. It just gets a bit flooded while showering.

The room was incredible, was clean and they provide u with water and tea :) the personal help me a lot with everest tour and all was perfect an amazing!! also I was a little bit sick and the owner of the hotel invite me to drink a ginger lemon tea to get better :) they are so kind and incredible I loved the expercience, the location also is amazing

Large room and bathroom

Aircon wasn't working well, still very hot in the room. Communal area during breakfast was so chaotic due to small area and large number of tourists being there. Large group of tourists were very noisy and messy, and the staff didn't do anything about it -- it affects the quality of stay of other tourists like us.

The location of the hotel is too good. The property is maintained very neat and clean. Especially the breakfast is served hot and it is delicious. The staff is so helpful, humble and very polite. They try to help and assist you as much they can. I will be staying again at same place during my next visit. Good luck

I was there at the New Year’s Eve. It seems they were full and crowded. They managed the hotel very well at this time also. I just have 1 night in Kathmandu but impressed with their service and management.

Everything was perfect and well managed.

Every place was very clean with room. And comfort is very nice. But don't ask if we can bring friends at night after the party. Please ask before you check in.

There is nothing which I don't like.

Very good located in Thamel. Staff was so welcoming and nice. Breakfast was very good, fresh fruits and all you would expect from a western breakfast. Room was clean and everything needed is in the bathroom.

High visibility from the neighborhood when the windows stores are opened.

Very friendly reception from the hotel staff. Comfortable beds, and good central location.

Can get quite noisy in the evening, due to location in busy tourist zone. Best to pack your earplugs.
