The staff were fantastic, made us feel right at home. Special thanks for Mr.Samir, Mr.Sundar and Mr.Nitesh for all the help. Especially accommodating when I asked to clean the room at odd hours and extra towels, travelling with a baby is not easy by these gentlemen from the hotel made it a whole less difficult.

This is an unexplored little gem in the heart of Kathmandu. This was my third time stay and these have been amazing everytime. High value for mone, central location, plenty of food and drinks option nearby, on the mainroad yet no traffic signs - it offered everything. The staff are super helpful. They may not be the best English speakers, but their hospitality and support exceeded the expectation. Definitely would recommend it to others

room was pretty good and within my budget

I like the ambiance, comfortable. Hotel is very clean and hygienic. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. Service staff, reception and housekeeping staff are very kind, honest and helpful. Food quality is good and served in time in room. Hotel consists of a coffee shop and day bar which serves many of day needs aside from room service. Good free wifi across rooms and public areas.. Definitely worth staying morethan value for the money I paid.

Great Value! For what I paid, I couldn't ask for more. The interiors are tastefully designed, truly as a 'boutique' hotel. Everyday I ordered a different breakfast set, and each time I was delighted, with the quality, quantity and the presentation. The staff and the service was efficient. The location is just the best - its central and accessible to anything you could possibly need!

No unpleasant experiences, but if I were to nitpick then a few things where they could do even better is the showers water drainage (it leaks over to the toilet floor area), staff training in terms of communication. And I'd suggest the hotel to invest in computerized record keeping. Few times I had to remind the staff that I had cleared my payment, while they would shuffle through their register pages in confusion.

Clean and peaceful room.

Bathroom amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel were not labelled. Didnt which was what. No extra toilet paper, or hangers or hooks in bathroom. Little more work can be done in bathroom.

It was a very pleasant experience starying at this hotel . The staffs are friendly and rooms are well sanitized . However , the food orders are quite lately served but it is worth the wait . I would love to stay here more often un future.
