They have worked diligently to make our stay a pleasurable experience from start to finish. arranging a pick-up from the airport with a courtesy call before arrival from the hotel to confirm all arrangements. On arrival, check-in was quick and straight-forward, with minimal paperwork requirements. They were made aware that it was my birthday when they saw this organized birthday cake, which was a sweet touch. Our room had a single and double bed with good floor space and secure cupboards to lock away valuables. The bathroom was clean and had plentiful hot water available. Bedding and towels were clean, and housecleaning was available on a daily basis if required. A kettle, fridge, and AC heater are available in the room. Fast internet and a good range of English TV channels are also available. The beds were comfortable and a good workspace for me. Excellent location in close proximity to markets and restaurants. So good, we have booked an extra 30 nights.

I booked the hotel for my parents. I was very impressed with the management and staff. The management was very responsive, helpful and immensely hospitable. I reached out a few times on Whatsapp prior to arrival of my family and Mr. Khanal was extremely helpful and prompt in his responses. My parents were very happy with the hotel and the staff who were there. They liked the food, location and rooms very much. They had nothing but positive things to say about hotel and staff.. I am grateful to the management and staff for making their stay comfortable and wonderful. I will stay with them again when I visit the city.

Nice rooms, clean and good breakfast. Located in a quiet street within close walking distance to the centre of Thamel. Staff are very friendly, attentive and happy to provide advice and arrange tours / activities. The manager organised a day trip in Kathmandu, trekking to Poon Hill in Pokhara with guide and a wildlife tour in Chitwan for me. It made organising my time in Nepal very easy and all went smoothly, much appreciated. Would happily recommend and stay again.

The room was very spacious. Generally the place is very good value for money as ours included breakfast too. The staff were very polite.

The room would benefit from some decoration as some of the ceiling and walls are peeling away possibly from water leak damage. There is a gate that closes off the road behind so there is only one access road to the hotel.

The staff were exceptional, couldn't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. So helpful offering things to do and arranging transport. Breakfast included in tariff was excellent with good choice and quality

Rain Rain rain..beyond hotels control

Everland Hotel is clean and all the staff is amazing. We had our best saying in nepal. Very near to the central market and the any restaurant, ATM, and facilities. We have been staying in two times of room and both were clean, providing all the comforts. They have laundry services. Morning breakfast is very good, standard Nepalese or continental. Anytime we asked for something, we have been helped. They gently helped us to organise our 2 weeks trip and provided transports to the airport. Honestly over my expectations

Special thanks to: Deepak Sampanna Dolma Ashok Ankit and the manager Paras Idhanal, who helped with finding best deals for activities in town, places, and even got us a special deal with the taxi to the airport. After hiking for 17 days, I just wanted somewhere quiet and clean. The room I was assigned took me by surprise. It was a very spacious unit - looked more like an apartment than a room. I had a bedroom, a living room, and my own bathroom. It also had three leather sofas. It exceeded my expectations - especially for the price I paid. It was quiet at night and very clean. Staff was really nice. Amazing breakfast included in price as well so that was a great bonus. I liked this place a lot.

the property is in a great location in Thamel around many shops, attractions and food. I rate this apartment in its context. rating is always subjective but I travel a lot and try to rate within its own context. there are times that the power goes out which means the wifi doesn’t work and the heat/air turns off and doesn’t turn back on until you physically turn it on. So with that, there can be issues if I were rating it on western standards. but I don’t, and I feel the Everland Kathmandu Hotel is a very good choice for trekkers and tourists.

To me this was not a problem at all, but guests should be aware that the hotel has no elevator
