Good location, good size room (deluxe double/twin), with a sitting area, it was clean, good breakfast.

The weird shaped room, narrow and long. The ventilation system that had a will of its own - even though it was turned off, from time to time it ventilated some really cold air.

The breakfast wasn’t great. Food was pretty bland and the selection wasn’t amazing. The fridge in our room didn’t work. The doors in our room to the bathroom were like a shower door and didn’t close properly so there was no privacy.( Room 401) Our friends had a much better room with a proper door to the bathroom. (403) if you get 401 I would recommend changing to another.

This was one of our best experiences staying at a hotel. The location was perfect with plenty to offer in the surrounding area, within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and the staff were amazing from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. They talked the talk and went the extra mile to ensure we had an enjoyable and pleasant stay - we are Delighted customers.

Replace water daily in the rooms and provide tea and mild, not everyone only drinks coffee which cannot be a dislike as it was any expresso machine provided.

Location was great, not too far to old town centre. the beds/pillows were the best, so comfortable, breakfast was great. Staff were very polite and friendly.

The only issue we had was with the cleaning of the rooms. They were left to be cleaned too late in The day. We were told that only checkout rooms were cleaned before 3:00pm. This is very inconvenient for people like us who go out during the day and return for a rest between 2:00pm and 3:00pm.

The hotel staff was amazing, the hotel was spotless, the location was great although at night is a residential area very quite and not many restaurants-bars open, you can walk 5-10 minutes to find one what I find very reasonable. the room was small but with high ceilings and a very nice bathroom, it was expensive but I guess that would be the case with other hotels in Amsterdam.

The hotel was generally exceptional. The rooms are well decorated and new. The room size was really large compared to the other hotel rooms we stay in Amsterdam. Breakfast is very good. The bathroom is very modern and clean. There are 2 main tram lines in front of the hotel and you can go anywhere easily by tram. The location is very good, quite and also closed to the city center or to popular areas like de pijp or museum area. There's a large elevator so you can easily go to your room with your luggages. We like the hotel very much and will stay again next time here.

Great stay the bed was super comfy this alone made it amazing! The staff were very polite and helpful The location was good about 15min to well known coffee shop and more..... They could make it abit clearer about the NO SMOKING POLICY or you could land yourself with a fine! It is written in the terms and conditions but if your like myself and just sign away,,,,,,, then this could be a problem! Other than this I would definately come back to this hotel if there have me lol Many thanks 😊
