I am highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant Apartment. The apartment itself is lovely and well-maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is in a great location that is easy to navigate and close to many amenities, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend this host and apartment as an excellent place to stay. My experience was nothing short of fantastic, and I am confident that others will have a similarly enjoyable time if they choose to stay here.

Daan simply is the perfect host. He made sure i felt welcome, even helped me with a little special request. The studio is totally clean, very well equiped, has a nice garden to sit outside and is in a very calm area just a bit outside of the center. But in my opinion you don't need public transport, even if its close by. In Amsterdam i always walk anything by foot - here it was around 15-20min. to the more busy area. The bed was very comfy and the room itself is extremely spacious, which you don't get much in Amsterdam. I will definitely come back!

The property is central and in a safe area, perfect for even a solo traveler woman to go. Daan, was a perfect host, extremely hospitable and kept following up if we needed anything and he was extremely understanding and accommodating with changing travel plans. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to all my friends. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Perfect place in Amsterdam. Best of my 8 trips to this destination. In a great neighborhood, and still close to everything. But what is underrated is how refreshed one can be when they have a private garden, in Amsterdam. High ceilings, great light from early morning. Welcoming host. Could ask for more, will come back to this place.

We were 4 friends, and the place and the location are perfect. Daan, the owner, was always available. The studio is amazing, with a small kitchen and a fridge. There is a quiet and beautiful privet garden there. The location is 10 minutes on tram to the center, but you don't need to go there, there are many places around and it's much more quieter. We all enjoyed a lot and recommend this apartment.

There are 2 beds on the small second floor, it's comfortable for kids, but adults have to crouch there.

Daan, the host, was absolutely amazing. We had complicated travels, but he was flexible and more than accomodating. He responded super quickly and went above and beyond, including bringing down a European iPhone charger when my wife was in a pickle. The room was lovely and comfortable with a nice outside space. Will definitely stay there again!

Really nothing. Maybe the price, but I think Amsterdam is simply pricey, especially for something this nice.

Great, quiet location in a lively neighborhood "De Pijp". Spacious apartment with nice outside patio. Even though it was very hot in Amsterdam, the apartment stayed nice and cool. Daan is a very friendly host and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Daan was very friendly and helpful, meeting us at the property to explain everything. The apartment is lovely and stylish, spacious & clean with coffee and tea provided. The garden at the back is perfect for breakfast in the sun and chilling after a day exploring Amsterdam. The area around the apartment is very nice, lots cafes and bars and restaurants away from the tourist area but a short walk or tram ride to some of the main attractions.

Daan is a great host! He always made sure we're comfortable and have everything we need, the best host I ever had. The studio is very cozy and was exactly what we were looking for. During our stay Daan made sure to clean the studio, change the sheets and towels so it was very clean the hole time. Even when we had some weird requests and questions he did everything to help and get us everything we need. The location is amazing, there are a lot of good restaurants nearby and it's pretty close to the central. I would absolutely recommend it, and would probably not even consider looking for other place when coming back to Amsterdam!

Location!! Close to transit, great restaurants around. Walkable to many landmarks.

The cost is on the higher side but it was perfect for our family since it has the room for our family of four to stay together and extra room to hang out.
