Close to tram to get to Central Station. Grocery store and other food places nearby. Good size room.stayed with a friend, had twin beds still plenty of room for 2 large suitcases.Buffet breakfast very good. Luggage storage. Was leaving at 7am so was able to pack a few bits for breakfast while they were still setting up.

Easy travel to Central Station via the fast and regular 26 tram service. Good breakfast with a wide choice of food and drink. The rooms was large and well equipped.

Not much in terms of facilities, e.g no restaurant or proper bar, but good at what they do. Doesn't seem like great value for money, but Amsterdam is very expensive and this place isn't more of a ripoff than anywhere else.

Really good position, tram stop in less than 5 min walk. Staff really kind. Breakfast is absolutely amazing!!! Best Hampton in breakfast I have ever had

This is the best hotel in the world! An exceptional stay from start to finish! The front desk team was incredibly helpful, making check-in smooth and effortless. The breakfast staff brought so much warmth and positivity, creating the perfect start to each day. The room was a peaceful retreat, with double windows ensuring absolute quiet for a restful night. Everything was good!

To correct the problem below, after the taxi had to leave me stranded for lack of convenient car-accessible entrance : Fortunately I was able to call to someone smoking near the entrance (at a distance from the street with no car access) to get me help. A most pleasant receptionist came out to the street with a cart to take in my baggage, found my booking, and checked me in to a most pleasant and suitable room on the ground floor, even if their 'accessible' room was occupied. The staff were all extremely helpful and accommodating. Having no lunch on my train from Brussels, I tried one of their homemade pizzas, which was great! Breakfast the next morning was very good. The staff was most attentive and helpful, given my rollator; even a waffle! With no in-house restaurant, this hotel for a non-central location in Amsterdam was reasonable for the quallity (although above my institute budget)!

There is no appropriate drive-up entrance where a taxi can stop legally to unload baggage and the traveller (as myself--elderly with a rollator) can get needed help with needed extra baggage for two-months abroad. My taxi driver complained bitterly when he left me and my baggage off on the sidewalk nowhere near the entrance and drove away because he said it was not legal for him to wait for me to get help. They have no café or restaurant, after breakdfast. The only substantive food at their bar are several choices of homemade pizza, which was very good. It was about a 10-15 min walk for me to nearest restaurants. Amsterdam hotel prices have skyrocketed.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy access to local transportation. Breakfast wasn’t quite up to our expectations, but we made it work.

The breakfast was fantastik, with a lot of possibility for various combinations.They prepared for me, every morning, wonderfull fresh gluten free bred! It was important because of my celiac disease.

Every morning we prepared our beds and packed our pyjamas on bads very carefully. Nevertheless, every morning we found our pyjamas crumpled up and left somewhere in the room. This is not neather hygienic neither nice. We were surprised, since everything else was excellente! We, also, were surprised that the windows couldn't be open which is a little bit claustrofobic.

The lady who served breakfast was fantastic and very welcoming. The room was comfortable, and the location, being next to the train station, was absolutely awesome!"

I noticed that the entrance is quite difficult to access, particularly due to the lack of a ramp. This could be a significant challenge for guests with multiple suitcases. I'm also concerned about how the hotel accommodates disabled clients, as the current entrance setup may not be suitable for those with mobility issues."

The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help with a smile, which made my experience even more enjoyable.
