The accommodation and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was amazing. Food was delicious. The apple pie on the menu was absolutely outstanding!!!! Loved the fact that it was away from the hustle of the City Centre. Short walk to the tram. Beautiful restaurants around the corner. Quick tram to the Heineken experience and the outside markets. Loved the location.

Hours to restaurant could be later. Especially room service. Coffee was very small and expensive. Close to a lot of new development. But when that development is done it will be perfect! Although we weren't troubled in any way by the development. Just an eye sore when walking to the tram.

Our second time staying at Landmark Amsterdam - it didn’t disappoint! Special shout to to Melanie in reception - I don’t usually point out great service but Melanie was amazing. Polite, professional, helpful but most of all, personable!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Alex at the front desk was very helpful. He provid a early checkin, directions for the Tram and always a big smile. House keeping and the buffett A+

Alex at reception made our check in and check out very easy and pleasant despite the long queue.

nothing to dislike

The location is exceptional! Just 10 minutes far away from the city centre if you move by bicycle. Very quiet corner, but well connected and located in a lovely neighbourhood. Less than 5 mins walk from the main road where you can find local shops and intimate restaurants. The Hotel is modern and extremely clean. We enjoyed the Spa area, with the Pool, Sauna and Steam Room. So relaxing. We booked the Spa room with Jacuzzi which does not disappoint !! It was like living the dream. Beautiful view of the city from the top floor. Breakfast was delicious. A generous selection of sweet and savoury dishes, croissants, juices, omelettes etc. Just the right way to start the day.

Housekeeping was quite slow. We had to ask the main reception to have our room cleaned. We asked to delay our check out and we were told two different things by to different people. The night before the last day we were told that there was no problem and to confirm the time of our check out in the morning. However, when the day after we went to communicate the time of our delayed check out, another person refused to accomodate our request. We explained the situation, but there had been no flexibility at all. Neither half an hour of extension. Considering that we spent quite a lot for our staying, we expected more flexibility. I suggest to book your delayed check out, if needed, at the moment you book the room.

Hotel was realy nice clean restaurant was nice and thay can make good cocktails all round nice hotel Staff realy nice pool was nice chilled rooms were realy nice Seen alot of bad comments about location but you can get a number 26 tram that is a 5 min walk from hotel and thay are like every 8 mins very easy to use 10 euro for a 24hour pass can use as meny times as you want so ppl that don't wan to walk 5 minutes to there dont go to Amsterdam as you walk alot there and stop puting the hotel down to location as its spot on or 15euro in taxi Also alot of work bein done in the area but you do not hear any thing cant wait to see the area when all building work is complete

Lighting in bed room was dark but that was it we dident spend alot a time in room so not to fussed

The hotel itself was really great! Cool industrial structure, staff was excellent and had a beautiful open view of a canal. We enjoyed the facilities.

If you want to be within walking distance of the town centre for dinner this isn't the right location. Daytime location is fine, as the tram/train transportation is very easy to use, but late nights if you don't want to use the tram/train...this isn't where you would want to stay.

it was a new property in the waterfront in the west end of the city. it was not conveniently located. it was too far to walk to the center and there were lots of construction around the hotel so hard to walk around to get to your place.

There was not even a small bar of soap so bring your own toiletries. The construction around the property woke us up in the morning.

The setting is perfect. Unfortunate about the construction works going on… The style of the hotel is cool. Very clean In the room I stayed in the view was perfect.

Quite sad that breakfast isn’t included with the hotel room or even a discounted price. The food was expensive for what it is. The staff are lovely!
