The room was comfortable and quiet. The room was lovely, The majority of staff were lovely bar one.

The tolilet a but small and the toiletries were lacking. The staff that I came across wee all lovely, bar one whe I was leaving. I was checking out when a member of staff asked for payment for the room which was paid before I arrived, I paid tourist tax on arrival. This member of staff insisted that I hadn't paid and demanded a receipt, which got me into a panic as I wasn't sure if I had one, however after searching through emails I got one from booking.com. Someone called her and told her it was paid, and she went on to try to explain to me that it was booking.coms issue. By this point I was disappointed at the fact the end of my holiday was tainted by this.

Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was great. Lobby restaurant and breakfast lounge are relaxing and have a nice vibe (although they could vary the music a bit more; auto-tuned vocals can get a bit wearying). Room was large, clean and well-designed. Also, quiet, with comfy beds.

The only complaint was the standard of the hire bicycles. For 18 euros/day, in a bicycle city like Amsterdam, one would expect the bikes to at least be properly maintained. However, many bikes had dangerously loose, untightened handlebars/saddles, or lights did not work. Staff said the bikes were provided by another company and were new. Hopefully they can either work with another firm, or else the current firm can make sure the bikes are actually safe and in a ridable condition.

Staff was very nice, friendly and uncomplicated if you have some extra requests like a second card for a single room. Breakfast was okay for the price and range of Hotel. The metro is just a 3 minutes walk away, as is the next bus station. Takes about 15-20 minutes from the Hotel room to the middle of the city. Would stay again. Nice lobby where you can buy some drinks and snacks, as well as pizza and other warm snacks. They allow UberEats, which not all Hotels do.

Pillows could be a little bigger, but thats a personal preference.

It was not so expensive than other hotels in Amsterdam Easy to get to the center and train station Persons on reception are very patient. My lock on the room didn't work at night (red light was shown every time when I tried to open the door with my card). But person from reception helped me a lot, he tried to use his card, anyway it didn't work so he opened my room with a physical key. And he proposed me to change my room even though it was my last night at the hotel.

There wasn't a toilet brush

Location, we went to see a concert at the Gashouder. Which was a walking distance away. One of the main reasons why we picked this hotel. Glad there was a (modest) restaurant, bar and a little supermarket (with snacks, drinks etc). So you dont have to look around the area for food, which is mostly like a industrial looking kinda area. The Burger King is situated next to the hotel, also kind of convenient. The staff was nice and young and friendly!

Would it kill somebody to put two bottles of water for guests in the room, instead of two paper cups in the bathroom.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. There is a metro station 2 minutes away from the hotel, so it's easy to get to the city center. The rooms are sound proofed. Friendly staff. Free parking in front of the hotel in the weekends. Pet friendly.

At times it got extremely warm in the room, especially during the night and it wasn't really possible to control the temperature. There was no toilet brush so, if you go for number two it was hard to clean after yourself.

Modern and clean. Room is small but comfortable. Staff is proffesional. The toilet is spacious and looks like a space ship. Thr lobby is pleasant and we could eat there food that we ordered from outside. Nice coffee in the lobby bar

Location, in an industrial area where nothing is open on the weekend ex ept for burger king, the closest groceries are at a train station 15m walk away. The lobby only serves food after 4pm

Modern and efficient, the room was a good size and the bed comfortable. Although it is outside the city centre, the 22 bus stops right outside and will get you into the city centre in 10 mins or so. we caught the train from the airport which took 15 mins, and then walked 15 mins to the hotel, none of which was a problem. The staff were friendly and helpful.

we tried breakfast on the first day which was not a good experience. For €28 per couple you had the choice of cereals and meats, but just baked beans, little sausages, and weird egg omelettes (I think they were frozen and microwaved) if you wanted a cooked breakfast. The bar was chilly when we had drinks after returning from the city centre.

The hotel is good value for money and although it is located outside central Amsterdam, it is quite easy to get around with public transport. (But the bus drivers are something else - they drive really fast and don't wait until you are seated before they pull away, so be warned!)

Some of the staff members are really friendly and supportive but unfortunately I cannot say the same for all of them.

Location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood. It is convenient to move by any public transport: a bus goes to the center every few minutes, a train (metro) takes you to the central station. The room is comfortable and clean. Pleasant staff.

Pillows are way too small 🥲 Although the walls really isolate the sound, the wall to the corridor is like a hole - you can hear all the people walking and talking.
