The hotel is lovely and very well maintained. Rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

The hotel was a bit further out of the city centre than we anticipated. The bus stop is right outside however alot of buses were cancelled and we spent a lot of money on taxis back and forth to Central Station.

Size of the room was good! The shower was amazing- clean, warm, good water pressure! The fridge was actually working (and cold to store some beers!). We got a double bed with a big blanket and it was super comfy. The windows were soundproof so noise from the street outside was kept out. The bus 22 stops like 20m from the hotel and takes around 15 minutes to Amsterdam Centraal. We had a great stay and would come again.

The door of the room was not good in blocking noise from the hallway. You can hear people talking and when our neighbor closed their door it sounded as if our door was thrown shut.

The room was quite big, we stayed in a junior suite which was quite spacious, the best part was the toilet & bathing areas were separate. The view from the room was nice. There is a restaurant in the hotel which was again good, The staff of the restaurant were nice (good to my 2.5yr old daughter). During check-in, the hotel staff gave a small gift to my daughter which was a nice gesture. The bus stop is just outside the hotel, you can take the tickets from the hotel itself, bus runs every 10 mins & you reach Amsterdam Central in 5-10 mins max. Overall a very nice experience, the hotel is located in a quiet location & I would surely recommend to stay here.

We stayed for two nights in a double room ( the bed was more like a super king size), very clean and very comfortable. I had the best sleep. Check in was simple and easy and all staff we came into contact with were pleasant and helpful. The bathroom was well equipped and a good size. Breakfast was very good. They had everything you could wish for and it was delicious, he orange juice is freshly squeezed and is a highlight as is the bread, pastries. The hotel is located about 30-40 minute walk into the centre, or a bus ride away on No. 22 which come around every 10 minutes, you can buy a travel card or use your card to pay. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was easy to deal with. We did not eat the breakfast, but it smelt amazing. We were traveling with my sister and her family. She has younger kids and the hotel had fun kids area with toys in the lobby. That was a huge bonus for us. The staff was fantastic and they went out of their way to accommodate us when we asked for our two rooms to be near each other.

The location was not great. It was nice that there was a bus stop right out side the door, but we were there for vacation and the things and places we were visiting where all at least a 20 minute bus ride away.

The distribution and design both of the hotel and the room was beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful, educated and friendly. The location was really good. The room upgrade and the breakfast included was totally worthy so the overall experience was just great. We loved having both a shower and a bath tube. Would definitely repeat and recommend.

There wasn't any need that wasn't covered, if I can suggest, one more chair would have made it an 11/10. The ATM in the hotel charges a 4€ fee. It's irrelevant in the overall experience but good to know. Let's say also that a sink in the toilet restroom would have been handy.

A good range of hot and cold food for breakfast. Along with a good selection for lunch and dinner. The location was good, we got a 3-day travel card from Reception which was 9 euros a day, this could be used on buses, trams and trains excellent value and the bus stop was just outside the hotel. Excellent. We were moved to a 4 star superior room which was very large with an extra large bed with a separate toilet to the bathroom. All the staff throughout was brilliant very helpful and informative.

On arrival, there were quite a few arrivals complaining about their rooms either AC wasn't working didn't like the rooms etc. We heard that the hotel was overbooked, which we found really disappointing as we didn't get the room we book, which was a room with a balcony. They did find a 4* superior room to give us, but as we were in our 70's we found the steps on either side of the bed rather worrying and into the bathroom. The staff were brilliant in trying to help all the arrivals, they were under such a lot of pressure.

Room was quite nice with 4 single beds, 2 beds in the main room and 2 in a separate off room. Room was very clean and was serviced every day. The shower was enormous and powerful. Room had plenty of amenities, hair dryer, tea and coffee, shower gels etc. The beds were very comfy and the pillows were amazing. The staff were very helpful especially during our arrival they were able to get us checked in early and help 1 of our party locate a missing bag that was left on a bus. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is quite nice and reasonably priced. There is a garage shop a few minutes walk from the hotel and there is a bus every 10-15 minutes that picks up outside the doors of the hotel into the city centre (Bus 22) which is only an 8 minute journey.

We like the room comfort and that it's not too big. Love the bus right outside making it ways to get too and from Centraal. We found places we like on the bus route and also walked from the hotel to them on nice days. No, it's not central but it makes it a more pleasent stay that way.

Bar was short staffed but we do understand this, however, I reccomend you are more up front with guests about this rather than just locking patrons inside when at capacity to prevent new ones entering. It's not good customer experience for anyone and bad employee experience for your poor staff to keep explaining this repeatedly. I offer this advice as that's my job for a living- CX and EX journey design and process creation. So, I feel you'd benefit from simply yelling customer you have quotas at busy times, they'll respect that better than hostile act of locking the doors which in some cultures ( especially when you can see others inside) may be far from well received.

The Hotel is located apprx 2 miles from the Amsterdam Central Station/ City Center and away from the crowds. The 22 Bus is very close to the hotel - it runs often during the day. The staff were very helpful - they assisted me in finding a laundry / wasserette nearby. The hotel's restaurant is an excellent value and the food/ drinks were really good. The beds and room were clean, comfortable and well maintained.
