quiet area

it's nice to have washing machine but it would be nice to have instruction on how to operate. it's not that far from the station but I wouldnt say very close either if you are adults you can handle it but if you travel with kids there is bus stop about 2 mins walk from the house. and you can only take bus through main station to get back.

We had a fantastic stay at this aparthotel! The location is excellent – we walked everywhere and never needed public transport. The area is peaceful, and even though a train passes nearby, it didn’t disturb us at all. The apartment itself is very spacious, modern, and well-equipped, making our stay extremely comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, and the bedding is pleasant, adding to a great night's sleep. The bathroom is also great, with quality amenities and pleasant cosmetics. Highly recommend!

As is often the case in Europe, the walls and doors are on the thinner side, so sounds from neighbors can sometimes be heard. It wasn’t a major issue for us, as we’re quite used to it, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The property was exactly as described, nothing more, nothing less. Basic but all we needed. Check in and out was digital and very easy. The only issue was it was still being cleaned as we arrived but this didn’t cause disruption. The property was in a quiet suburban location just a couple of steps from a bustling street with loads of fabulous cafes, restaurants and vintage shops. Everything was in easy walking distance including Amsterdam Centraal. Thoroughly recommend.

The sofa and chairs were not terribly comfortable, but we didn’t spend a huge amount of time at the apartment so it didn’t matter hugely.

The check in was not easy. Multiple phone calls and a journey to off-site area hauling all our luggage to retrieve keys was quite frustrating, but staff were helpful.

Great location. Well equipped. Great views onto one of the canals. The property had fans and a safe. Communication with the company was excellent. Checking in and out was seamless. I really like having a digital code for entry to the property as there is no key to carry. I felt very secure. Couldn't work out the Aircon, but had I messaged the company I'm sure they would have sorted it instantly. The fans were ample on this occasion. The apartment was a ten minute walk from the central station and just a few minutes from shops, cafes etc.

The steep and narrow steps to the apartment. Very difficult with a large suitcase. It seems a lot of buildings in the Netherlands have these stairs, but might be worth noting in the advertisement for the property. It's not suitable for anyone with limited/restricted mobility.

The location is nice with a beautiful view of a canal. Enjoyed the quiet setting and watching the birds and ducks in the mornings. Even though it is in a quiet setting it is also convenient to central station and a great neigborhood only three blocks away.

I do not like using digital key access on my cell phone. My phone stopped opening the link after the first day. Luckily, my husband's phone always worked. I really do not care to be reliant on a phone to work to get into the hotel, especially when traveling in a different country without having reliable internet/wifi service. It would have been a real problem if the phone battery died and we had no way to call anyone or get into the building. We were never personally greeted by anyone. A note in the apartment with card key access or a digital code that can be manually punched in at the door would be much better.

excellent find in Amsterdam. clean, large, spacious, with a lovely outdoor space, with great communication from the host. everything was digital so no need to interact with staff at any point, but they were always on hand.

There were some quite narrow and difficult steps down into the apartment which were no trouble for us as we are in our 30s but for older guests or those with children, getting suitcases down these would be a consideration. Also it is worth noting that the apartment is slightly outside the centre - if you look at the map, the centre of Amsterdam is where all the concentric canals are and towards the central station. but, all of this was no more than 30 minutes walk from the apartment.

spacious room, great for group of four. location was quite okay, you have to walk for 10-15 minutes to get to the central. they have complete amenities such as dishes, oven, etc. however, they have no washer inside their unit. check in was easy and efficient.

the stairs - we got the downstairs unit and had to use the stairs. the staircases were too small and the alley was dark, so you have to be careful if you carry luggage.

Great location on the outskirts of the more populated parts of Amsterdam, with access to wonderful cafes and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment is clean, large and open, super comfortable and accommodating for 4 travelers. Huge window views of a canal.

I did not like the check in process. I expected an office where I can be checked in personally. Instead the whole process was all digital. I had to call a phone number posted on the door of the building to guide me to their website where I had to input all my passport information for all travelers. Then I was sent a digital key via a link through my email. I do not know how elders will handle this highly tech and impersonal form of checking in. You can take care of all this prior to your arrival otherwise, expect to pay for cellphone data on this day.
