The location and the staff. This hotel is very centrally located nearby a large shopping mall and just beside the highway. The large free parking area is safe easy to find and in front of the hotel. All staff members (lobby, dining room, bar) are professional, polite, friendly and very helpful and they will go out of there way to give you a pleasant stay. I booked a non-airconditioning room but the room allocated to me felt too warm and damp. It was no bother at all to change. One of the ladies at the desk walked with me and showed me another room. She also wanted to show me a room further down the hall. But that was it necessary ; the first one was perfect! I switched rooms to the other side of the hall (to the shade-side of the hotel) and had a wonderful stay.

I love the room. It is very spacious and clean. The breakfast is amazing. The staff was very helpful and the service was perfect.

Unfortunately I traveled in January when the weather was freezing cold the room that was given to me didn't have it's central heating working and it was very cold. The staff was very helpful by providing me with a heater the second I drew their attention. Considering that it's a four star hotel and paid a hefty price for my stay, I would have expected that central heating would be working, serviced regularly especially before the cold weather hits.

The hotel is 20 min walk to the nearest metro station and then 20-25 min metro ride. It's not so close to Rotterdam We stayed during the weekend and it was very quiet but Monday morning there was construction noise from works to a building across the street, so it may not be so quiet during the week For its location and what it offers I think it's overpriced.

The cost, and close to kinderjik, enough parking lots, warm and cosy room, clean. A beautiful lake/pool outside the hotel makes it feel calm and peace in the morning.

Most furnitures are old, like the refrigerator is almost not working that I need to put a bag of ice inside to keep its tempeture. Close to big road makes it noisy at night so you may need earplugs. After late there is only a person in reception and another one in the bar, so everything you need have to go to reception ownself. (Like cutlery, wine opener, body wash )

A lot of choice, I asked for a Omelette for breakfast with know fuss was delicious, nothing was to much bother. The room very clean and always had clean towels. The beds were very comfortable and after a long day I really looked forward to my bed. Would like to thank all the staff at hotel Excellent and calm feeling.

Pleasantly large room and bathroom as well. Refrigerator in the room is a super pleasant plus. The pretty large and free private parking is priceless, when you are coming by car! The location near the highway is ideal for making trips to other parts of the country. The hotel restaurant can be a lifesaver when tired in the evening :)

For us personally the beds were too soft. Would have liked to be able to open the large windows for more than a "narrower than slim human" slit :)

We paid extra to get a room with AC. However, it was still very warm in the room. Luckily they also had a fan available in the room and it helped. The location is not ideal if you depend on public transportation. Its almkst 20 minute walking to the nearest metro station.

no shopping option in the area (bakery, grocery), only a petroleum station. it was not possible to control the air conditioner, at least we could open the window. the door to the next room was left open 2 nights by the cleaning staff, I think.

Amazing location for those who don't like to stay in the city center. Unexpectedly big room with the proper sound isolation. Pet friendly.

Staff responsiveness and speed: when we asked to clean the room (early morning), it was not finished at 13.00. When asked once again, they were not able to prioritize it and asked us just to wait with an extremely tired dog for an unspecified time. In the end, they have finished cleaning it up after 15.00 and forgot to replace towels (took used but have not added new) and other things.
