It was my second stay at Savoy (I already stayed there in May 2018): this time I got an even nicer room which was beautifully decorated. The bathroom was luxorious, the bed incredibly comfortable, air conditioning easy to use, reception staff friendly and professional. I arrived at about 9:40 AM and was checked in immidiately, although the official check in time is from 15:00. The location is perfect: Blaak station (where you can take a train to and from the airport) is less than 5 minutes away, same goes to the big market, shopping and many restaurants. The street is busy yet very safe. I will definately come back.

The wi-fi did not work at all. I tried to connect from different devices, but the connection kept failing. I have read other reviews and can see there are other travellers who experienced same problems. So please be aware of this if you are travelling for work and need a good internet connection all the time!

Good location, good selection of local cafes and restaurants, close to market and city centre. Clean, well maintained, welcoming and very accommodating staff. They were able to provide early checkin on request (despite being very busy) as we had arrived on an early flight from Australia. Also lovely surprise of bottle of bubbly in room and gifts - after we let slip it was our 30th anniversary. Room quite quirky with record player and retro working phone. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Great blackout curtains - which helped with mid pm siestas to overcome jet lag! Also reduced price parking across the road from the hotel.

Nothing really - if being picky - no teabags in room- but no big deal as local shop close by.

Location for me due to the distance to the office - Just 2 Tram stops Room was very spacious and clean throughout, shower was lovely and powerful with Shampoo & Shower Gel Nice to have a coffee machine in the room & record player is a nice touch

The lift was quite slow but I'm very impatient and room was on eth 7th floor I wasn't sure on internet access and no information was given on this which was a shame Self Service Breakfast the English tea was awful but Im just being picky here not much of a criticism

The hotel is located at a top location with many sights and attractions within easy walking distance. Every single staff member was absolutely lovely and helpful. Breakfast was a pure treat. A very nice touch that in addition to my requested gluten free bread, all granolas at the hotel are gluten free per definition. The room was absolutely spotless. The lobby was beautiful. Such a nice place to walk into off the streets.

I was less impressed with the shower as there wasn't enough water coming out (pressure was fine).

Loved this place! The staff were very lovely and friendly and helped us with the self check in. The room was fab and the little touches were excellent. They had some chocolates on the bed for us and a little note which was a nice personal touch. There was also a Nespresso machine for us to have coffee in the morning which I loved and a record player which was really cool. The room was spacious and very clean and I was very much impressed with it all. We did spend some time at the bar which was an excellent place to hang out after exploring Rotterdam and just to wind down.

One of the best hotels I stayed! Room was really comfortable - everything was thoroughly thought, where to hang cloths and to have table and chairs. There were some historical books about Rotterdam too - it was very informative. Shower was really spacious and comfortable too. Coffee machine and tees are also present. Breakfast was very tasty and croissants so good.

If there was an option of renting umbrellas- would be great!

The location is perfect for me. Besides Savoy is home away from home. My favorite room is always reserved for me.

Everything was alright. The small square commemorative plaque honoring the person who lived on that spot before being deported to Westerbork could use a little polishing. You might say it is not yours but it would be a nice gesture especially since it is in your front entrance.

Very nice hotel in the very center of Rotterdam, very pleasant stay and sleep. We had late arrival and check in went really friendly, fast and uncomplicated. In addition to our late arrival, the hotel fulfilled some other wishes without any problems. Room cleaning every day. Otherwise, the water pressure in the shower is a bit bad, but I think this is more a problem of the plumbing than of the hotel.

The hotel is charming and on the very good location. Beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious. There is gramophone and few record in the room, and coffee machine. Even two books about Rotterdam are at your disposal to read..

We asked for rooms next to each other to be with a our kids but ended up with rooms on different floors in spite of the fact we booked a month before with the request.

The room was amazing. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom really nice. The location is perfect, close to the Kubuswoning and the Markthal and the area is plenty of restaurants. The relation between price and quality is the best.

If I have to say something, maybe the parking because is in other building (100m in front of the hotel)
