Because our aim for the weekend was to attend the Airborne Memorials at Ginkel Heath & Oosterbeek War Cemetery, we wanted to stay at a location nearby. Parkhotel De Bosrand suited our needs. The rental bikes turned out to be very handy ! The friendly & welcoming staff (relaxed atmosphere) made us feel at home. Great terrace outside for meals and/or drinks. Enjoyed our dinner ! Small but cosy bar area. Breakfast in buffetstyle which suited our needs perfectly (nothing "over the top" like you see in many other hotels). Pooltable for some exercise in the evening, accompanied by drink and hot snack. Rooms as stated on the website. Could be our choice again if we are to return for some nice walking in the surrounding forrest.

Amazing selection of food, both for breakfast and for evening meals. Their chef is a wizard! Truly. Friendly staff. All very helpful. Restaurant bookings arranged so that mealtime didn’t feel crowded. Lovely quiet location. Good selection of beers. My room was very comfortable and the shower room had been recently updated. It all looked brand new. All-in-all, I really enjoyed my two nights here and would definitely recommend a stay.

Had a great 2 night stay here whilst visiting Ede for a friend's wedding. Room was a good size and found the bed really comfortable. The breakfast selection, whilst not over-facing had everything you could want. The outdoor terrace area was lovely. Staff were all helpful. This was excellent value for money.

Although in a lovely peaceful setting it was a good 15-20 minute walk to the centre and taxis are hard to come by in the evening.

The hotel is located on the edge of the forest so it is a very quiet place and you can start walking immediately. A very friendly staff. You can get kopies of all sort of wanderings in the surroundings.

Didn't like is a too big opinion. I have some recommendations. Like a water boiler in the room so you can make your own cup of tea or coffee. The room should have paintings or foto's on the wall, to brighten up the place. Now it is a rather boring room. At breakfast I've missed pieces of fruit, like apples, oranges, bananas, etc. And nowadays you should have vegan food, like sojayoghurt, vegetarian meat, bacon and so on.

A wonderful hotel in a quiet corner of Ede. Surrounded by nature and away from traffic noise. Very comfortable bedroom and recently modernised shower room. Restaurant was amazing. Top-quality food and great presentation. Choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. Friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoyed my stay here and can recommend.

Nothing. It’s perfect.

Great location with the adjacent woods. Easy access to Ede. Breakfast was wonderful. Dinners were excellent. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. Finally, you can participate in reducing environmental impact by not having your room cleaned daily. As a thank you they give you a token for a free drink.

Two things would have made my stay better: first, please have facial tissues available in the room (I had to use toilet paper until I purchased some facial tissue for myself); second, flushing the toilet made the sink drain gurgle, and a strong sewage smell came out (I assume this was just in my room and not throughout the hotel).

- Check-in process was not ideal: separate mails for every room (we had 9!), and confusion at the reception desk

Good breakfast selection provided, both hot and cold. Basic, but clean and tidy room Location close to the woods, ideal base for walking or cycling. Center of Ede is close by.

Bed was a bit soft for me but others might find that fine, its just my personal preference.

Very quiet location, slept extremely well. A pleasantly large room with two armchairs. The shower is very good and has a pleasant stone floor, which is not slippery. Especially for older people this is very helpful. Breakfast was very rich and served in the garden..very nice atmosphere. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The location was very nice, good bicycle roads, close to different attractions! Good breakfast just wat you need for start the day good! Staf very friendly and helpful!!
