Nice environment, friendly staff. Spacy rooms and installations. Good parking and nice pool. We did not use the breakfast, too early for us during the holidays, but there is free coffee and tea available for guests.

Errors made in the invoice, wrong charging. Happened twice during the stay. IT systems do not seem to be very user friendly so better check your invoice right away.

Stayed here many times over the years whilst visiting the area. Great staff and location set back away from the road. So peaceful it just made you relax. I was using this location as a base whilst I visited the area. Great place.

Felt the food in "Julia's Kitchen" could have been more appealing - seemed to have dropped in quality slightly since my last visited - food was "cool" instead of hot, seemed to have been sat under a hot lamp too long due to the staff not servicing their clients quick enough

Very clean hotel/rooms and beautifully maintained grounds and common areas. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

The evening food options were minimal at best. The restaurant was very expensive and did not offer many food options. As there were several of us staying there in order to participate in the Nijmegen Marches, we would have appreciated some more casual/quick dining options in the evenings. The breakfasts were very good and we especially appreciated that they offered the buffet at 3AM, which was needed so that we could eat before travel to Nijmegen to start the event at 0430 every day.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant - excellent food, and the staff went out of their way to make just about whatever I wanted as a gluten free option. The pool was a lovely temperature and a very calming environment. All of the staff were very helpful.

Decor is slightly outdated, which might bother some. The room was very hot. There were no towels in the swimming pool area and we had to get some from reception, there is a shower on the poolside but I couldn't see one for a good shower (to wash) after swimming. The grounds are beautiful.

Beautiful location, large room with huge comfy bed. Very friendly staff at check in, lobby, bar and restaurant all very modern and comfortable. Handy to have wundermart available. Modern bathroom with rainfall shower.

Bedroom decor a bit dated, room maintenance needs some more attention (bathroom door handle fell off). Requested iron but not provided until after event

Friendly helpful reception and staff. Bedroom clean modern and roomy. Breakfast good with large selection. Did not use the restaurant choice limited and a little expensive. Restaurant De Oude Herburgh a few minutes walk is recommended. Plenty of parking and safe for our motorcycles.. overall a good hotel and perfect for our visit to the Airbourne Museum.

Nice location, good facilities. very nice staff. a nice bath, shower and bed. very clean property and a good looking restaurant (we didn’t eat there)

they didn’t inform us that you had to ask for access to the sauna at checkin. no big deal, but that’s why we didn’t know it wasn’t heating when we first entered. also, the lobby was a bit loud as there was a bingo there.

The location, the historical feel (if you are aware of its history)

Too many of the staff seemed to be trainees. Staff seemed to be stressed or overworked, rattling off their 'spiel', no time for the guests, gave us wrong information so we had to change rooms. The restaurant (dinner): rather limited choice of dishes. An ATROCIOUS interpretation of Dame Blanche desert! The chef and/or management should be ashamed... Restaurant staff (four of them) too busy to serve customers, chatting to each other and looking away.

All the facilities. The hotel is in the middle of the forest. You can leave the parking lot and directly land in to the woods. Beside of the location, the breakfast was good and the pool was a nice refreshment.

The staff. It was very clear that they couldn't comprehend the demand. I think 50% of them were doing an internship. For example, we wanted to have a drink on the terrace (door was open). First waiter helped us directly and the second, complained to us that it was after 9PM. At the breakfast I heard multiple waiters complain to costumers about the amount of work.

The location was very nice, the grounds are beautiful. Our room was really big and comfortable and very clean.

It was really pricey, almost 300 Euros per night. The breakfast was very poor, for the price paid. There weren't any more warm dishes at 7:45 ( breakfast started at 7:30) when we got there and nothing was refilled for more than half an hour. The staff at breakfast was impolite.
