The staff was really friendly and efficient, room was quite big, bright, quiet and very clean, with good A/C and a decent desk to catch up on work. The wifi worked well. Breakfast was very varied and inviting! The location is great, right next to the train station and the centre. The view from the room was of the big intersection leading to the train station, do with that what you will.

The gym. It's in the basement, kind of hard to find, and it is very old and outdated. When I was using it there was a leak next to the ancient bench press machine, and there seemed to be some mould on the parts of the wall closer to the floor. The contrast between the old and dingy gym and the modern and bright hotel is quite jarring. If you're not a gym rat, this won't matter at all. Apart from that there was a weird smell in the closet in my room, but when it is closed you can't feel it.

It was our first stay in a Holiday Inn hotel. It was a short stay (1 night) but had a great time. Our room was located on the 10th floor and had a splendid view over Eindhoven. Everything was great! Comfy bed, clean room & toilet. The hotel is located quite strategic (that's the reason why we booked), very close to the Eindhoven centraal & bus station for Eindhoven airport transit. If you are choosing this location because you have a early morning flight please note that the first bus goes from the Eindhoven centraal to the airport at 8:07 am. So if you have an earlier flight, you have to take a cab (from near the bus station). The fare is 35 euros. Best location wise in this case, is the airport hotel but that's a different topic.

Hotel located in the city centre, 18 minutes drive from the airport or 30 minutes by bus. The hotel is near Eindhoven city central station. The location was perfect. You won't need a car to get by. The staff was super friendly at all times. As a woman travelling alone, I did not experience any issues and felt safe. The pool was clean and I was actually there by myself for hours. The gym is small but you can still work out. I would like to return in the future

The hotel did not have a sauna. Not much to complain about.

The room was nice, as expected since we already knew the conditions in this “type” of hotel. They had a small mini bar inside the room, and two coffee capsules (we really like coffee so it was nice) It was clean and comfy so we had a good night of sleep like we deserved

Nothing to complain actually, we only spent one night there and it was nice. The only thing that could be better was that we stayed on the a 0 floor room so, in the morning we heard cars and people talking outside but not that loud

Near to city center, Housekeeping each day. Clean. Glass Shower cabin, Very comfortable beds and pillows. Helpfull staff. Good breakfast.

Dont recommend the dinner package. We ve been said that we can only can get 1 main dish free (despite it was promised 3 meal in booking site) and all the things that i tried was much below average. We didnt take the last day dinner.

The hotel is conveniently at walking distance from the train station, it also has a large parking. The rooms are spacious and well equipe. And the staff was highly friendly and welcoming.

Not the hotel fault, but Google maps and Apple map had difficulties find the proper path the get to the hotel driving.

Hotel was what I expected from the holiday inn name having use them in the uk

Would have liked the breakfast but at €20 per person for breakfast we were not paying that. That’s just silly money for a breakfast. That would have cost me an extra €80 that’s nearly half of my hotel bill at €230. Went in to Eindhoven and got breakfast for €15 for two people. Maybe you could do different priced breakfast so people could afford something

Great place. Good size room, very clean with a multitude of amenities. Attentive staff and good breakfast.

Hotel parking is extremely expensive. Parking has EV charging stations with the Hotel Logo on them, but staff doesn't know anything about those. I had a problem which they could not resolve stating charging is owned by another company. Again - stations carry the hotel logo on them! This is something to be addressed, as it completely spoiled our stay experience!

Friends are in Holliday Inn Eindhoven were amazing. I love them. They were always smiling and helpful. They were very helpful in everything. Especially their sincerity made me very happy. The location of the hotel was perfect. The best hotel we could stay in Eindhoven. Everything was perfect. There's nothing I don't like.

We enjoyed our stay, excellent friendly staff, comfortable room, delicious food, catering for vegetarians and vegans. Walking distance to the bus station and to the center, to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. Thank you. Breda and John. Ireland ☘
