The place was cozy, nice, and near the center. The guy at the reception, the night shift, was very nice and helpful. In general, the staff is nice, as I have stayed at this hotel before.

During my stay, one other guest, while under the influence of alcohol, tried his key to our room, by mistake I assume, and it worked. He was about to enter the room, thinking that it was his, when I stopped him. As I said, the guy working the night shift understood the situation and made our key the only one that could open our room, but the experience was unpleasant.

Perfect location, in the very center of the city. Clean room, nicely arranged and very comfortable bed and pillow. 2 Towels per person and toiletries provided, the toilet has a hair dryer and there is also a safe in the room.

there is no window with an outside view, it only overlooked a wall with other rooms. the ac was set on max but it was still very hot during the night. if there is noise in the other rooms or corridors, it will be very noticeable inside. also the main entrance is very hard to find (you can find it right next to the McDonalds or by going in from the Carrousel bar)

The location is absolutely perfect. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and attractions at a walking distance. The central railway station is 10 minutes away together with bus stations. The room was small but enough for two people with less luggage. The view to the square was very nice. We visited at the end of November and it was very well heated. Also there was an AC (I guess for cooling in a warm weather). The bed and pillows were comfortable for our taste with additional pillow if needed. The bathroom was big, clean with a bath tub. Great value for money and I am recommending strongly.

As mentioned in some comments and in a communication from the facilities indeed it was a bit noisy from the people during the weekend and the cleaning machines in the morning. But we were aware of that and it was not an issue for us. It was expected so I would not put it as something I didn't like, more as info for future visitors to have in mind. If noise bothers you, ask for a room with face to the back of the building. Unfortunately during our stay the TV was not working and they couldn't fix. The breakfast was nothing special with few things to choose from, with almost no vegetables. Would advise to skip as it is not worth the cost. Especially if the breakfast is not a must have for you, just buy a coffee somewhere outside. The entrance is a bit hard to find initially.

The room was clean and comfortable, there was a table and a cupboard plus everything you need in the bathroom. It's located in the center of Eindhoven, super close to the trainstation, so perfect.

The entrance is really hidden behind another restaurant, dont give up if you cant find it on the first try :) the room cards were malfunctioning a lot. Apart from that it was really a good stay, however pricy.

Excellent location right on the market square however some guests may feel it's noisy at a weekend from the bars below. Staff very accommodating, going out of their way to prepare us gluten free bread as well as providing a feather pillow in requests. Room was suitable, albeit on the small side but the bed was very comfy.

Breakfast was ok but seemed chaotic as not a lot of hot food choices which ran out each morning and we had to wait for them to be replenished.

The quality/price ratio is good. The reception desk also shined with accommodating our request of refunding breakfast as we had to leave much earlier than initially planned. As we had an inner room, there was no noise from the market plaza.

It was a very hot day when we stayed and the room didn't have AC (when booking didn't plan for that) so it was rather tedious to spend any time in the room during the day, and we also had to sleep with windows open (even when it was raining outside). There was little lighting in the bathroom.

Absolutely stunning service and assistance from the staff and adjoining Bar / Resteraunt. Very polite and helpful with perfect English speaking from all staff. Arranged a taxi to the airport and gave an early wake up call exactly on time. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there when I'm in Eindhoven again.

No bad points. All wonderful service. (: Just ask for McDonald's or KFC in Markt Square if you can't find as it is in a busy area.

The room was average for this type of Hotel The location was great right in the centre of the square. This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. The big parking garage is only 50 metres away. We had no breakfast as we want to leave early due to our journey.

The lighting in the bathroom was to dim , Please update. there rest was ok.

The staff is so friendly and professional. I came with my husband and we accidentally booked the wrong bed but then we contact the hotel before check in and the staff help to change the room directly. We are stay for one night but we are so happy. This hotel location exactly in the centrum very close by to go anywhere

I like that the staff was always nice and helpful. I believe they are during they 100%. The bed was very very comfortable we had a very good sleep. Thank you for everyone who was working in that time, especially for the gentlemen at the reception (night shift).

We had a little trouble with the keycard but the gentleman at the reception fixed it in 2 minutes. So if you have any problem just ask the staff and they definitely will fix it for you. <3
