The room was nice, modern, two walls of windows, giving a good view out over the gardens and the city. The restaurant was definitely a cut above a standard hotel restaurant - the ribs were really good and there were some interesting local beers to try.

The hotel is 'upside down' - the reception is on the 3rd floor and the rooms are on the floors below. This gives the bar/restaurant a view, but I didn't like that I had to take the lift and not the stairs to access my room - it was only 1 floor and this is wasteful of energy.

Great staff, nice parking, good location. There are some great options you can book as extras which can make a stay more pleasant. Great on site restaurant with chefs that will accommodate allergies even on an event menu.

Unfortunately due to no fault of the hotel there are currently (2023) a lot of roadworks to major roads around the hotel. Beware of this when you book. Especially because they can impact walking distance as well as public transit.

We arrived at 3:30 in the morning. The man at reception was extremely helpful and good humored. He made our check-in super easy and was so kind. We were asleep by 4am and checked out at 10am. We did have coffee at the cafe before leaving and everyone was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Parking in the underground garage was very convenient.

Very friendly personnel, answering all questions and giving very clear instructions. Room was clean and beautiful, loved the terrace and the path leading to another building!

Expected a different view through the window, had to wait a lot for someone to come in the restaurant second day, I didn’t know that we can’t order food, but waitress only said hello and kept cleaning, didn’t say that I could order at the bar. For the rest our stay was very good :)

The hotel feels very contemporary. Room had a great "feel" to it as well. Spacious, good use of room available. The view and lighting made up for some of the more rudimentary dressing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food on offer was also quite good.

Some minor details inside of the room. We had a kitchenette but the utensils were dirty and we had to go find some dishes, glasses and cups ourselves since there wasn't even a pair of all of those present. Which is a bit strange. There was also a lack of powerplugs both in the kitchen as well as throughout the spacious room. Which is a bit strange, having a table but no plugs to hook up computers into.

The food was excellent with a good choice, when the wifi was not working in my room the reception team tried to correct it immediately and because it couldn't be resolved they changed me to a new room. The carry-out breakfast was also very good. And the hotel allowed us to leave our cases while we went to work after we had checked out.

To hotel was more expensive than I would have expected it to be. However, the Groningen Festival has inflated the prices all around the city.

Nice clean modern room. Great bar with outside balcony and cosy seating areas. Friendly staff.

The hotel is not very central so we needed to use the car. Also there are a lot of road works at the moment so it was not easy to find the way to the hotel.

Nice to have a 24/7 reception. We slept well, some of our group especially liked the pillows and sheets. We bought a dayticket and could board any bus to the city. Perfect, because that way we only had to walk a couple of minutes. We would come again!

Tip: I drive a tall car and couldn't see if it would fit in the hotelparking. So putting up a sign with the ceiling height would be very convenient.

It was a pleasant surprise to be chosen guest-of-the day, and receive a room upgrade and complementary drinks in the bar! Facilities were excellent, staff ultra-friendly and -helpful. Beds were firm and supporting. Breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious: great value.

Very modern and clean rooms. Free parking in the neighbourhood. Not that far from thé centre (we were constantly on foot).

If you fancy a nice view forger it. Only the first floors are of the hotel. Most of the tower is residential. Also charging for parking in a neighbourhood where street parking is free of charge is ridiculous. Breakfast room was a little bit small.
