lovely inside, very grand in places. Nice big clean room.

We ordered room service for day one but it did not arrive. This made us late for our day of plans due to waiting over an hour but then being told to go down to the restaurant by which point most items had been put away although the kitchen did make us some food.

We chose this property because of its fantastic proximity to Keukenhof Gardens, which we bicycled 9 miles to the first day of our stay here (well worth it!) The hotel is ideally situated near everything in Haarlem’s old city center and we loved it! The property itself was beautiful, too: situated in a quiet neighborhood, it has a great lobby, attractive restaurant with wonderful breakfast buffet and tasty dinner. Our room was excellent too, with a small balcony and sitting area. The staff was also efficient and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel location is excellent, in a walking distance to bus stop, supermarket, restaurants and even to the city center. The staff were so professionals, starting from the receptionists (Peter & Tom) who were very cooperative, Zocher Restaurants staff are amazing. Breakfast shouldn't be missed in Zocher Restaurant, they have a lot of varieties and meet all expectation.

Smoking in the Balcony is not allowed (not mentioned when booking).

Breakfast was excellent as well as the evening meals, cleaning staff and staff in the restaurant very friendly

The check out was a bit messy, we had to leave very early in the morning, however the payment system did not work, so we had to wait for some 25 minutes, while we were in a hurry to catch the departure flight at Schiphol, in the end we had to leave the details of our credit card with the reception in order not to miss our flight

Hotel located in a quiet location near the bottom end of city centre. 5min walk in to the centre with plenty shops, cafes and restaurants. My room was very comfy, clean and I had a very good nights sleep. Room also had a balcony over looking the park opposite. Highly recommend booking this hotel when staying in Haarlem.

Empty mini bar - complimentary water would be nice esp if travelling in summer.

The property is very attractive and has a lot of nice seating areas in the main lobby. The restaurant area has been updated and has a nice modern feel. I found the breakfast buffet to be nicely presented with plenty of options. The staff even accommodated me with a packed lunch for a day when I had to leave before the buffet opened. The hotel room was comfortable and large. I appreciated the firm, king-size bed.

I would have appreciated a couple more pillows on the bed. The restaurant menu was OK and I thought a little overpriced. The staff in the restaurant could have checked on the table a little more for drink orders. the hotel is a bit far from the train station.

the hotel is at ~5 min from a bus station that can get you to the train-station but also close to the city center. the room was big enough, clean and quiet. friendly staff although only had a minimal interaction with them.

nothing, did not have any inconvenience for the two nights stay. maybe just the hefty price as everything related to Amsterdam :)

Bunch of Irish lads on a stag going to Luminosity. The hotel were polite in asking us not to upset other guests which we didn’t. They didn’t try to cause trouble with us as a lot of hotels do, prejudging before they’ve even seen what we are like. That was the best part I liked. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless. Good and drink were good. Beds are so comfortable. Rooms are very quiet. All in all we will be back next year. Thank you for a great stay.

Service could have been quicker.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage and valuables while enjoying the day in Haarlem. The room itself was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and a good bathroom with the joy of a bath. The breakfast had a good buffet with the right amount of choices I really enjoyed the fresh strawberries!

The minibar was nice, but a little low on choices and we had to share 1 tiny bag of crisps with 2. Maybe we did not search well enough, but I missed a gym...

The place was clean, requested a walk-in early check-in at 1pm. The guy at the reception was very helpful to arrange everything and parking pass. Room is clean and spacious, staff are on hand if help is needed. Last minute late check-out due to unforeseen circumstances. Staff checked me out in my absence to avoid extra costs. Am definitely going back
