Van der valk: Nice Christmas decorations. Good play area's for kids. Always available and clean. Room: Sunblinding curtains. Baby cot last minute available. Size of the room was big. Bed was super big. It was clean. Shower was big enough for all 3 of us to Shower together. Bathroom was big. Breakfast/ restaurant: Good food, nice atmosfeer, even with a lot of people a verry nice and not to laud experience. We had a christmas dinner with our family (12 people)

Room: Just 1 card key for room. Pillows where to soft. Blanket was to warm. Window between room and bathroom, Light always came through so baby would wake up if we put it on. Going to the toilet was diffucult in the dark room. Coffee machine was super laud. Breakfast: We got sick after eating Breakfast, the bowls where not so clean. My husband started cleaning them because he could not find a clean one. For our son's Breakfast. The food did tast good. We don't know way we got sick. We are a lactose intolerant family and there was no Milk that we could use. Luckely we always bring our own but it would have been nice if they had some other choices.

Nice and warm pool, sauna also available, huge restaurant, bathtub and shower in the room, energy-saving cleaning schedule option, good food options for breakfast, beautiful area around for a walk, friendly for children.

Some minor details. Busy road nearby, a might be a bit noisy. Food & wine in the restaurant was OK, but nothing memorable. Sauna is paid separately and opens at 2pm, and there are no swimsuit days (only dry towels allowed inside). The water pressure in the shower can’t be reduced (not very energy-efficient).

The breakfast is really good, buffet style, with lots of options and the chance for fresh omelettes. The rooms have space, a comfortable bed, the bathroom is big, with a tub and a nice spacious shower cabin, to walk in. Parking is available in front of the hotel, plenty of space

The beds are split in the middle, if you bring a partner, this is not comfortable or nice. The hotel is not near many things, you need a car, but you are then close to Brunssum, Heerlen, etc. The AC did not really work, or heated too much, instead of cooling.

Very fast check in / check out process. the hotel is clean , easy to access , parking was easy and the view is amazing , nice heated pool .Room amenties was great. coffee machine for those who enjoy coffee in the morning , spacious room.

the Bathroom didn't have a door , it is kind of intimate room , we stayed there friends not a family or a couple , so it was not comfortable to use the shower and the toilet in gerneral.

We liked it our room, was really comfortable and clean. We liked a food in a restaurant. Breakfast was amazing.

Customer service when the guys where there non of us liked it. Hard to understand what they say, they didn't explain. Where pretty rood, walking away without saying anything. Gladly shift changed and there was very helpful and polite young woman.

The hotel is easy to reach and has a large parking area. Welcoming was warm & friendly. Numbering of the rooms is a bit odd, but we had a room at the end of the hall, so very quiet. Room was very spacious, beds very comfty, bathroom very nice, shower warm & good and very nice the toilet is seperate. The hot tub was also very enjoyable! Breakfast is very nice, with a lot of variety and enough tables & seats. Everything was very fresh and plenty to choose from. They have a pool & hot tob area as well, however did not have the time to enjoy so... next time. They have a casino next door which is very nice to spend some time. Also very polite & friendly. Check out was very easy & quick.

The hotel is pretty high priced, especially breakfast. Parking spaces are rather short so with a longer vehicule you have to pay attention. Although the room was very quiet it is strange you can hear toilets & showers of the rooms around you.

Friendly staff, fresh rooms, exquisite bathroom, great facilities. All in all a very nice stay. Left the hotel nice and rested like you’d expect.

Cupboard for opening the minibar was broken and a knob came off when I tried opening the shower tap. Also there were some stains in the bath. The beds moved really easily which isn’t comfortable. When you’re sleeping together in a twin bed you really have to stick to to your own side if you don’t want to worry about waking up in between the beds on the floor.

Perfect for cold weather weekend escape from Belgium:) easy to drive in, modern design, decent size of swimming pool, almost no one in gym, very good breakfast & overall tasty restaurant

Paying extra & treasury hunt for bathrobes...seriously? ;) just buy enough & leave at the room

The food was amazing in general. I didn't pay for the breakfast or for the dinner upfront, but at the end we ate everyday in the restaurant as the food was delicious in a reasonable price.

There was no child seat available for the bikes

Very clean and comfortable hotel, great value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. I liked the possibility to postpone checkout for 5 euro per hour. This gives possibility to utilize hotel on the last day.

Nothing particular. I wish the swimming pool was a bit bigger maybe. But its size was as communicated, so this is not a complaint, just a wish.
