Despite its modern architecture, the hotel is warm, welcoming and charming. The rooms are really soundproof and our suite was spacious. The bed is immense and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and well equipped. The breakfast offered a large choice of fresh products and the breakfast room is very well designed and cozy.

I would appreciate at least a little bottle of water in the suite as a welcoming attention and also a body lotion was missing in the bathroom, but these two tiny details and a simple suggestion to reach the perfection. The stay was just excellent. Thank you

The breakfast buffet was amaing and full of fresh and healthy food. Absolutely delicious. We also had dinner at their restaurant located on the other side of the road and it was also fabulous and full of really great staff. The view from this restaurant is a 12++++.

I found the bedding uncomfortable and hard to control the temperature of my body because they did not have a sheet just the duvet and it's cover. I would of liked to have a sheet for inbetween myself and the duvet cover.

We booked two rooms, one for 2 person and other for 3 person. Both rooms are great. Both rooms have Sauna and walking in shower. One room with huge living room, and another room has big bathtub. Beds are comfortable. Dinner place is nice, food is delicious. Breakfast is great, some fresh bake breads, lots choose of food. All delicious and fresh. Staffs are nice and friendly. We loves to stay again if we travel nearby this area.

Bathtub seems not well clean. Bathroom is walk in style, no closed door. No problem for us, but may not for everyone.

This was absolutely fantastic. The room (free upgrade!) was a suite with the largest hotel bed I have ever encountered in Europe, a widescreen tv with Chromecast nonetheless, and a wide extra space with a desk, drawers, a walk in shower with a glorious rain-shower head, a separate toilet and a massive fancy sink for washing up. The ladies at the hotel desk were really kind, and so was the madam hosting the breakfast session. The breakfast is a full warm and cold buffet, absolutely worth its price. It was my first time out of the country after two years of pandemic and I couldn't have been more comfortable. I even wanted to stay longer!

The staff's attitude and service-mindedness. Great in-room dining from the renowned nearby restaurant of the same name. Awesome location to (road/race)cycle through the Dutch&Belgian hillcountry from. Secure (shared) bike storing in locked cycle-in basement entrance. Well thought through very large two person bathroom sink area, would work really wel for, for instance, a couple returning from an intense bikeride preparing for dinner. Comfortable rooms&beds. If anything for the trip is needed, out of sight but very nearby is full-fledged city Heerlen with stores for everything thinkable, including for bikes.

My visit was in the midst of the pandemic and shortly after their opening so some minor glitches where greatly compensated by the staff's attitude, service, adapting and flexibility. Very likely solved by now: a bit too 'ensuite' toilet and no good spot to place your shampoo etc in the shower .

The room is nice, clean and comfortable. Two big windows with a view. High-quality bed and bed linen. We've stayed with our small dog and there were absolutely no issues in the property. We had no breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

It could be cheaper since the property is not in a central location, but the overall quality justifies the price.

Very nice facilities; staff very friendly and professional; we had an enormous room with fabulous bathroom. Our stay was quiet and relaxing. Sufficient free parking on site was also nice.

The toilet was at the opposite end of the 2 room suite from the shower/bathroom. It worked for us but seemed an odd construction choice.

The room we had was very nice (junior suite), very spacious. While there were COVID limitations staff was very helpful to accommodate. For example, there was a table plus chairs in room, they make up table in your room and very responsive reception with WhatsApp. The restaurant across the street (also from the hotel) is very nice indeed. Location is great if you want to do biking or hiking (for example route des vins). Dogs allowed at extra charge.

Room service menu was sufficient, but could be bit larger for diners (for example add a burger / cheeseburger). Now options were bit limited.

New hotel, large room, very good breakfast, staff are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant that belongs to the same family is right across the road and serves really good food in a relaxed atmosphere

Everything was perfect except for the breakfast as mentionned above. The quality-price ratio is great. The suite was spacious and clean while proposing some good commodities such as the Chromecast and the sauna. Overall, the staff, the cleanliness as well as the different proposed services were really great. Thank you and see you soon.

The only problem was the breakfast. There really wasn't much of a choice and it didn't meet the overall quality of the hotel. Therefore, it was not worth, in our opinion, 17,50€ per person.
