Relax atmosphere

No coffee and safe in guests rooms. Gym not maintained, very dirty. Complimentary Shuttle only offers from airport to hotel but not the other way. You need to pay to go to the airport . So empty shuttle back to airport. The hotel should just offer complimentary shuttles both ways.

A very basic hotel near the airport. The good thing is that you can get a coffee 24/7. The stuff was always helpful.

There is a shuttle bus from/to the airport but still you have to pay for it. This is a hotel that can be useful/convenient only to people working in the airport. There is nothing around it like restaurants or supermarkets. The breakfast is very very poor. The bus stop is 15-20 minutes walk and if it rains and is windy is really bad... Also, I had to pay a lot for deposit for each day staying at the hotel.

Very well connected with the airport, shuttle was available from just outside Schipol Airport. Not far away from train stop to city center Breakfast has a very good variety of choice The rooms are very clean, modern and with a good design

Staff was attentive and helpful. My room was spotless and much more spacious than I thought. Great modern decor, the bedding is comfortable and every corner of the hotel smells good. The lounges and the common area are beautiful. Good amenities with a shared ironing room for every floor.

Slightly noisy, I can hear the aeroplane sound from time to time and when the people outside my room talking, and opening-closing their doors. Location-wise is far from the city but there is frequent and available public transport — you have to walk 11 mins from the hotel and take a bus (50 mins) to the center of Amsterdam. To get to the airport is easy via their shuttle bus, they provide free shuttle bus from airport to the hotel but you have to pay €4.50 per pax to get to the airport from the hotel (cheaper than taxi rate: €17-20).

The paying for the shuttle from the hotel to the airport I thought was a joke no other hotels charge for shuttle also there is no mention of a deposit when I made the booking but when I arrive I am informed I have 30 euros a night to pay thankfully it wasn't my case but if you came there with a budget for your trip and suddenly get told it's 30 euro a night for a deposit and possibly dont have the funds then for the rest of your trip there for that would be the hotel's problem as they never made them aware and to me this is absolutely unacceptable.

The hotel exceeds over its competitors. The staff were positive and helpful. We were offered complementary welcome drinks, which were great.. had more than 1! Short 5 minute transfer to airport (where other airport hotels are 15 minutes) TV suits many languages, including English, Dutch and German. €13 Buffet Breakfast 24 hour Kiosk and check in Dinner Menu Shuttle bus every half hour from A9 or A13 Shiphol Airport

A comfortable room, helpful staff and just 20 minutes away from the airport by bus. The bar/restaurant area has a modern design and feels welcoming. There is also a nicely done area for remote work. For city trips, the hotel is 40 minutes away from Amsterdam Central and reachable by bus (397) and or train from the airport. Buses are scheduled often and the bus stop is easily reachable by foot.

Be aware that the hotel shuttle to the airport costs 4.5€ in addition.

Close to airport (5 mins on bus each way)/no.300 bus takes you directly to ziggo dome/Arena - 10 min walk from bus to hotel, handy McDonalds nearby :), modern, sleek, shuttle bus to airport for 4.50 euro each, breakfast nice, tv huge, good shower pressure

Instruction to connect phone up to TV for Netflix didn't work, we were out of the room from 1.30pm Sunday until 6pm Monday and came back and room hadn't been cleaned, shuttle bus driver slightly rude, breakfast 17.50 euro each - not worth the price but was lovely
