The hotel is lovely and the receptionists are great. It us clean and quiet, with comfy beds. Rooms look nice. Price I paid per night was around 300 dollars and I stayed 2 nights due to a flight cancelation and rebooking. Nice building right at the airport ... 100 m walk on a ramp that is accessible to all. Elegant halls and clear glass elevators. Several floors. All sparkle.

The restaurants are bad. I paid 22 euro for a hog dog under the wrong description. It said sausage with relish and sauerkraut. It had nothing to do .. it was a plain hot dog of lowest quality, a frank with ketchup on a small baguette. Waiters are nice. The chef should be fired. Way overpriced for small portions of really bad food.

Easy and friendly check-in, clean and quiet room. Proximity to terminal. Since my flight was cancelled and I needed a last minute hotel room to catch rebooked flight the next morning, it was perfect. Considering that I overslept, being so close to the check-in area of airline, was ideal and definitely help not to miss my early morning flight.

Despite it being a very nice hotel with the amenities one expects, it seemed pricey for an airport hotel. But after travelling for business in 4 different countries in 3 weeks, this was probably one of the best. Food and drink were also on pricier side. But luckily there were endless options 3min away in airport arrival terminal.

The convenience of the location was foremost since our plane left early the next morning, but when I arrived, what I noticed was that from the sparkly flooring as I approached the doors, and entering into the lobby to see the lovely decor, and then as I entered the glass elevators and looked down on the beautiful rooms below, I knew this was a wonderful place to be. The room was wonderful as well, with a view of two control towers and the lights of the airport. There was a corner short sofa with pillows, carpet with an interesting pattern, and a beautiful bathroom!

My husband really likes having a coffee machine in the room. It was in a corridor down the hall and around a corner, which isn't as convenient. The prices in the restaurant were quite high, so we ate elsewhere. It would have been nice had the hotel had a restaurant that was more reasonable and perhaps offered good, healthy food, rather than elitist foods.

I had an unexpected one-night stay at this hotel due to issues with my connecting flight, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The location couldn't have been more convenient, just a short walk from Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam. Despite the last-minute nature of my booking, the hotel staff efficiently allocated a spacious room for me. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a welcome respite after a long day of travel disruptions. It was clear that the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Overall, my brief stay was comfortable, and the hotel's excellent location and efficient service made a challenging situation much more manageable. If I ever find myself needing accommodation near Schiphol Airport again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel.

It would be more convenient if essential amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste were already provided in the room upon arrival.

This is hands down the best option to stay at Schiphol Airport. My only comment would be that it's not very affordable, but you're getting a lot in return: 1) a ridiculously short walk to airport checkin (4 mins?), 2) what seems to be a recently refurbished room that smells good, actually has tasteful interior decorating, and roomy space and excellent TV. I was only there for a short layover, leaving again at 6AM, but I was actually sorry to go. The hotel seemed to promise much more still: an enticing looking bar, in the middle of the atrium, and a decent weight room to try out. To compare, the Hilton is also within walking (indoor) distance, but further away, same price category, but more tired than the Sheraton.

Maybe the shower could have been more powerful; but I have to stretch to list that as a critique.

It was actually connected to the airport

I left the room early as I had an early flight to the USA - hence why I chose to stay at this hotel. My girlfriend stay behind sleeping in. On checkout she forgot her e-reader in the room and only realized when she arrived home. She was worried that the staff would not assist her as the booking was under my name. However, the staff went beyond what could be expected and within no time the e-reader was located and waiting for her at reception. By the time I landed I was only told about the issue and how happy she was to have been assisted by the staff at the hotel. Well done guys. Seeing you soon again.

Finding the parking to the hotel was a bit of a challenge as a first time visitor, however this did not reflect bad on the hotel, more on the markings outside

the reception lady from asian at the 11 pm was so rude with as ,, we came from long trip with our children , we didnt get any respect and nice welcoming from her .

This is the most convenient location when flying in and out of Schiphol airport. Right up the ramp and right into the lobby. We fly standby and did not get on the first day so we returned for a second day. Our front desk girl (I think Lois?) was so helpful. She knew our situation and allowed us to (re)check in early. We ended up visiting Keukenhof Gardens with the help of front desk staff. In two days, I ate the Salmon Poke Bowl THREE times! It was so, so good! On our second night, we used the complimentary cocktail tickets offered to us. We had dinner and a couple of cocktails in the bar. Our bartender was incredible. I remembered his name until this moment! He's been with the company almost 25 years... was well versed on aircraft so my husband had a great time interacting with him. We watched him as he literally kept an eye on every guest in the giant room... he looked way beyond the bar. Always taking notice if someone had been waiting or ensuring the service was top notch. It's truly been quite awhile since I've seen someone take that kind of pride in their customer service. As a front line representative of your hotel/restaurant, you have a true gem.

Not a big deal but I thought it was going to be fun to enjoy cocktails by candlelight because it was Earth Hour 2023. The bar/restaurant staff were prepared. Candles were lit and a couple of lights were dimmed, but not all the way off. As I said, not a big deal in the least but the only thing I could think of that was slightly disappointing.

The convenience of accessing a facility to overnight for a layover that is clean and well appointed. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

I would have appreciated a mini fridge in the room. Also having toothpaste and a toothbrush would have been nice or at least the opportunity to ask from the front desk. The signage to go to the hotel from exiting baggage claim could have been better as I had to ask a security guard for more information. A grab and go breakfast for early departures could also have been useful.
