They have free on site parking, they are in a quiet safe area, the staff are excellent, the room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom and a walk in shower and the whole room and bathroom was underfloor heated. The internet was fast, the water was a good pressure, and we had a lovely dinner there which was very well priced. The room didn’t have a kettle or a microwave but they gave us a kettle to boil water for our tea bags. There is a coffee machine in the room. We liked the hotel.

the room is on the first floor and is very spacious, we got an upgrade as i booked before we got the luxurious room. the hotel is situated next to a busy road, but if you leave the windows shut you wouldn't know! It is on walking distance from the centre(about 15minutes) nothing negative i can think of! We will be staying here again!!

There is nothing i can fault on this hotel, there is a very busy road next to the hotel with a hospital where the helicopter flies to and from at least twice a day, but if you don't open the windows, you wouldn't know!!! We have stayed here at least 6 times over the last few years and we will be back!

Everything in this hotel was what I needed while my mom was in the hospital. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I'm so grateful to them for making my stay comfortable. The close proximity to the hospital also helped a lot. I was able to walk across the road to get there. The shops were close by too.

Great location and very friendly staff, breakfast was ok but lacked choice (for me personally) but still nice Restaurant was good and the food was lovely, shame they only had single beds, but I pushed mine together and it was fine, sink in bathroom was very small so hard to wash your face without water going everywhere

I would have liked scrambled/poached eggs in the morning, they only did boiled eggs, the fitness room needed to have weight machines as only had running machines

The location was perfect ,quiet at the same time accessible for public transport.

Breakfast very good. Coffee was tasty. Good selection. Room v quiet at night.Nice and bright. Excellent cleanliness. Lovely bathroom. Reception area bright and friendly. Helpful staff.

Extra pillows in bedrooms

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very modern and luxurious. The breakfast was delicious, there were a lot of options to choose from. The location was great, just outside the center of Leeuwarden (6 min by car).

The fitness didn't meet expectations, I wanted to train with weights but they only had 3 treadmills in a narrow space. The staff were openly dicussing private life behind the counter for all the guests to hear.

Rooms were modern, clean and well appointed. Location was convenient for a stop over as well as being just close enough to walk into town. Plenty of parking spaces available.

The staff is polite , the hotel needs improvement taking into consideration that is a part of the Bastion Group!
