On the front steps of the NHL Stenden Campas opposite a bus stop. However, town is a 15/20 min walk. Rooms are lovely decorated, spacious with all the amenities your require. Any requests for turn down, house keeping, etc is done electronically - which makes it so easy to communicate with the hotel. Rooms were very neat and beds comfy. Staff is super friendly, but bear in mind as all the staff are hospitality students gaining experience in all the facets of the hotel industry, be patient if they are uncertain about anything. The breakfast was basic but tasty. A must is the dinner with wine pairing. Very yummy! Once again all the staff on the floor and kitchen are students = superb food and service. I can not fault anything of this Hotel and would stay there again. Highly recommended. We loved being part of this learning concept as a tourist.

The room was amazing - modern and sleek. The beds were super comfortable and great pillows. Best breakfast EVER! small smoothie, fresh juices, croissant, bread, cheese and sliced meats along with any egg des desired. The staff - all (or mostly) students were eager and friendly and always accomodating.

If it were just a wee bit closer to the center, but still a very doable 15 minute walk. Not really a negative...

I would like to thank the hotel staff for the excellent professional service, courteous attitude, caring, and always with a big smile. In each question we received personal help from each of the staff. Personal attitude and lots of good will to really help. The rooms - very clean, spacious, well equipped and cozy. The bed - excellent. Large and comfortable. Everything is clean and aesthetic at a level of at least 5 stars. Breakfast - generous and varied. Served at convenient hours. The room has a coffee machine and a kettle with all the necessary equipment. A surprisingly good experience. We will definitely be back.

You get more for your money then at other hotels! The whole hotel looks very nice and stylish, the room was very comfortable, clean and up to date. The staff is very nice!

When they showed us to our room they only told us how the lights worked and we had a room that was equiped with furniture for a disabled person. So my partner let the alarm go off by accident because we didn't know that the string in the toilet would make it go of and we didn't know how to turn it of. It was a little stressful for both the staff and ourselves. So it would've been nice if they explained some of that stuff.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The Team responded rapidly and exceedingly well to a plumbing issue that arose during the night. Everyone , including the workmen fixing the issue, were very friendly.

It uses technology to control lighting, to etc which for some people might prove over complicated

I really liked the hotel, it changed a lot in a positive way when I last time visited. Lovely people at the hotel and all students which is amazing. Breakfast was incredible and fresh. We ate A la carte and was able to order everything.

We could not find the bathroom light as it was not switched off. Only if you will take out the card, all lights will go out.

The Hotel is newly renovated. The rooms have the correct size, a beautiful bathroom, a nespresso machine and smart functions. The parking is free and big enough. Even though not in the town centre, its a nice 15min walk. Notiz Hotel is part of the Hotel School NHL Stenden and is integrated in the campus. The staff are mostly students in training. The breakfast is generous, no buffet but with a lot of selection.

Since the students are in training, you would wish more supervision. You get the impression the students take their positions seriously but are a bit shy in communication and eye contact. Its requiered to make a reservation for breakfast, which creates a bit of pressure for the guest in the morning, but when you reach the restaurant, after a long walk through the campus, there was no space for us and we had to wait in the lobby. The smart functions in the room did not work and it was complicated to put the light on/off and change the temperature. For us the beds were not comfortable at all (Matress to soft, pillow to hard)

The hotel is beside a training college so staff in the hotel and in the restaurant were students from here. They were all charming and very attentive. Fabulous breakfast, but only here for one night so didn’t sample the evening restaurant.

We haven't ordered breakfast in hotel. They told they do not serve a buffet breakfast in order not to waste food. What I do not thing is right. We had breakfast in town

It was problematic a little bit to find entrance to hotel from car parking at night.

Good hotel with interesting concept and facilities, outstanding comfort Staff is students from the nearby Faculty , but they're all proficient and trying to learn so all good, all it takes is a little patience Free parking is a plus

A little far by foot from city center for pregnant women or senior people Choice of colors inside hotel is debatable, lacks charm
