Service from the staff and front desk manager Cameron were very helpfull and service orientated Location; better part of Scheveningen beach and at the vibrant marina and harbor with restaurants - sailing and surfing schools and shops al easy acces by foot. The harbor is not for decor but a working harbor with fishing activies and ships worth to visit, at the marina besides restaurants you can drink a good coffee ( at Norvolk/Carla's smaak a bakery) and glance at the sailingboats. Found my stay Absolutely faultless, from the friendly staff, and no problem attitude we loved every minute. in particular one staff member at the bar who offered to warm our private food in the microwave as we couldnt eat their food and made us feel so at ease about it, wish i remembered his name. This and everything else made our whole stay so comfortable, relaxing and worth every penny. The room was clean, aircon comfortable and swimming pool facilities so great i literally cant find any fault. Thank you for having us and would 100% reccomend to any friend or family.

Their was no option of a room with a balcony making it inpossible for my partner to smoke in private. this wasnt a problem but it would have been more easy to have that option.

parking is ridiculously high 60 euro per day easily they have a empty mini bar you have to buy from a vendor machine I smelled weed a couple of times from tourists you have to drink water from the faucet (tap water) don’t even give you free water bottles. way over priced for a stay in the winter

Hands down, the hotel rooms look exactly like those in the pictures, big, bright, luxurious, and cosy. We had the Spa room, which was gorgeous; everything was new, the bathtub was worth every cent, the sauna was a nice touch, every space had a great view over the city and the sea, and the bed was big and comfortable with electric plugs on both sides. Coffee and tea facilities in the room, breakfast was also good the staff is super friendly, and the hotel is spotlessly clean

The pool wasn't available the day we were there; one of the reasons I booked it was the pool, and not having the option was pretty disappointing . Also, the hotel doesn't have parking, and the parking in that area is not only pretty stip ( about 4 euros per hour), but in high season, also not easy to get a spot

The location overlooking the beach was stunning. It is a bit isolated from the touristy stuff which is how I like it.

The mattress cover (under the sheet) had not been changed before we arrived. It was stained. The 11th floor corridor had a strange damp odor. I think it is the effect of the pool being one floor above. It made it unpleasant to return to our room in the evening. Thankfully when we closed our hotel door the smell disappeared.

Excellent room with absolutely fantastic view. Some of the food in restaurant was fine. very good breakfast although expensive. Excellent location and many fish / seafood restaurants within walking distance. great location for beach. Restaurant staff very good and helpful with suggestions of other restaurants.

Limited restaurant hours and very basic menu in main dishes. Difficult to access by car - boom gate entrance not explained. Room lacks minibar, paper cups only, no tissues in the bathroom. Bedding too warm and no chance to change it. Bill messy - mistakes made (corrected). Difficult to off-load car, parking at the beach nearby - all covered in sand at €24/day!

Check in should be handled quicker - these days you do not expect to wait for 30-45 min in the queue. For this hotel category you would assume more toiletries in the room Room service is not reliable at all - they only take you order if they have time, which seems to be never.

Wellness rooms are magic. Really nice tub and sauna, excellent bed. Wonderful view on the beach and the harbor. I can only say it was great.

Breakfast in Corona times is limited and not up to standard 4 star hotel. Also the waiting time for the 2 elevators was long (also due to Corona measures, max 2 people).

The room was facing the beach what more can you ask for. The facilities to use the spa and pool were readily available. There was also a possibility to rent bikes from the hotel if you intend to roam around the beach region by bicycle. I would recommend you to rent a bicycle either from the hotel or from the rental service in kaiserstraat. Walking might be difficult. There is a small portion of the beach just in front of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are someone who has a car.

The location of the hotel was really far away from any public transport. Would have been better if there was some sort of transportation service to the hotel.
