The location and decoration of the hotel is pretty nice. Also, the staff understood your necessity to make early check in and maked it possible. Further, we stayed in the hotel for celebrate your marriage and the hotel provided us a bottle of champagne, a lovely card and flowers in the bed. The breakfast is pretty nice with many options.

We stayed in a room with 2 floors, however, the air system didn't attend the second flor very well. For this reason, we woke up in the middle of the night sweating. Further, the pretty bar (which close at midnight) were close at 22:30 because they were not many clients to attend, in this sense, we couldn't enjoy it.

The room was very tastefully decorated and had a lovely bright feel to it. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice size and again was tastefully presented. Nice in-room amenities. The location was really central.

The closest car park was very expensive but the receptionist found us a place almost half the price about a 10 minute walk away. The lighting could have been a bit more thoughtfully positioned as I couldn't work at the desk when my wife slept early as I either had to have all the lights on or none at that position.

The day staff were very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to leave our bags before and after our stay no problem. The room we stayed in was amazing. Large comfortable bed, very pleasant decor, and a shower to die for. The whole hotel had been renovated very sympathetically.

We booked a twin room but got a double bed. I am sure we could have sorted this with reception, but we arrived late and were tired, so by the time we realised once we got to the room, we didn't head back down. Maybe something to double check at the point of check-in in future.

Excellent breakfast... Buffet as well as a la carte menu. The a la carte menu was even included in the breakfast prices. Simple but good. Atmosphere was great since lots of the old characteristics of the old building (former Dutch national bank) were still present.

Due to the nature of the building it was a bit chilly near the windows. I guess this is because they are not allowed to insulate the windows since the building has historical value. There were additional portable heaters available on our room. In the restaurant this was not the case so during our stay,as it was chilly outside, you could feel the same inside a bit as well.

Location, helpful friendly staff, infused water and small lovely light filled beautiful artfully decorated gathering space with old gorgeous windows at entry, clever interesting modern Dutch decor upstairs, downstairs bar and vault room(!)nice shampoo and soaps and robes.

Room did not have enough storage space. Needs more hooks/standing rack space for clothes, another chair, foldout luggage racks, and easier to use coffee pot.

I booked the Superior Room. It was really spacious with high ceilings and good sky light coming in from two large windows. The curtains were electronically operated. The bed was large and comfy and the mini bar was well stacked. The staff was young, friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast spread was impressive. I loved that we had the option to receive breakfast in bed for a 5 EURO service charge - very convenient for the days you want to sleep in and shower late. The location is absolutely perfect. It is right opposite the King’s palace and bang in the centre of the city with many good restaurants, cafes and boutiques around.

I wish the menu had more vegetarian options. I also found the bathroom a little cramped especially the WC. The space was fine for me but it wold have been a struggle for someone taller / with a larger body frame. The wooden floors especially the skirting may need some refurbishment as they LOOKED slightly dirty although they actually felt very clean to my feet. Even though the staff at the reception was very helpful, I think it would be better if the hotel had a concierge service that can guide first timers on modes of transport, sites to see, good vegetarian restaurants, etc. especially since Hague is such a historical place and not everyone speaks English.

Great location, very central not far from the train stations and not too busy or noisy. The room was very clean and the staff really pleasant and helpful. We only stayed 2 nights and my mother is in a wheelchair so they gave us an accessible room which had some well thought out features eg large wet room and an alarm. Also the complimentary coffee etc was lovely.

For an accessible room it was quite small, there wasn’t a lot of space for the wheelchair to manoeuvre or be stored out the way and my mother could only access on side of the bed. The was also a lip on the door which made it difficult to get in and out of the room, but this seems common across the Netherlands. The room could also do with more storage, it was fine for a couple of nights but would have been trickier for a longer stay.

Very central location close to everything. The room and facilities in general - awesome, the historical bank's atmosphere is well preserved. Very polite and helpful reception. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast could have been slightly better. Should have received better instructions for the parking (Q-Park Noordeinde): you have to order parking online in order to enable the multi-entrance option!

perfect location, in the city’s Royal quarter directly on the shopping street The building and the vaults are an added bonus to this stylish and comfortable hotel. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good with eggs cooked to your preference à la carte and a few other options à la carte included in the price (I must admit that I missed bacon and beans, personal treat on holiday)
