Location was excellent close to public transport and local shops.

We did not eat the hotel breakfast due to the ridiculous cost of €26< per person. A short walk around the corner and the three of us had breakfast for the same price in total. Also to be charged €26 per day to park the car seems excessive when you are already paying €145 per night.

Room excellent, general facilities very good, hotel was clean

The hotel had a smell of sewage in reception that was masked by air fresheners that was disconcerting. It was very busy as the hotel, like others in town, was hosting sailing teams for the Allianz sailing world championships. This meant the hotel and its staff were having to work very hard throughout. They did this very well. Exceptions were on check in that took 30 minutes. My room was executive level but I was not told until my last day that I could use an executive lounge on the 9th floor. It would have been nice a breakfast was very busy with all the sailors about.

The hotel was amazing, we booked last minute and didn’t realise how lovely it would be. The views were over the town and the room was really lovely. There were 2 toilets which was handy (family suite) and it felt really special there. There was a dressing area with plenty of space for luggage and a safe as well. The breakfast was lovely, so much choice and really tasty. Noticed there was a lot more available when we went earlier (8.30 rather than 9.30). Friendly place and really helpful with requests like when we needed extra bedding

There was a weird smell, like bad sewerage, mainly at reception and they used some sort of nice smells to help mask it but it travelled up the lifts at certain times but not to the rooms. It wasn’t a huge issue but just a bit weird. And the room had half the shower cubicle door missing so the shower always soaked the bathroom. And the toilet seat was really loose. Strange small things that you’d think they’d fix

- Breakfast is superb - Easy to get to tram/beach

- A bit dirty :( - No early check in possible - Damaged Elevators - Overly expensive room service - Overly expensive parking (also in comparison to others in the region) - Damaged parking entrance…

Nice room, nice location, good facilities and comfortable. Great shower.

We were only provided with three milks when we landed in the room for two of us! Surely for two people there should be at least 4 milks. We had to ask for more, for the next day we assumed it would be 4 and 3 was an error. We were wrong, for the next two nights we only were given 3 milks. Also don’t like wooden stirers instead of spoons. Does not sit with a quality hotel. Also when booking I new there was parking which was why we picked it. I was not aware it was 26 euros per day. It was not made as clear as it should have been!

Pleasant location, and overall typical for a good Marriott hotel. In a heat wave the room was pre-cooled when I checked in.

Disappointed that a health & exercise item I left behind when checking out of my room never made it to Lost & Found. Called Reception the next day, they clearly expected to find it in Lost & Found or even noted on my account but it simply disappeared. Everyone needs a foam roller, but not mine.

The hotel is conveniently located between the beach and the city center of The Hague. There is some public transport making both parts easily accessible. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was nicely furnished, clean and the beds were comfy. There was room in the bathroom to put your toiletries.

Replacing coffee and towels was a little random but nothing really that would impact your stay.

I liked the family room in the hotel as we had extra space for our two children. Room was big airy and comfortable. We had a space for making tea coffee or light snacks . The shower was very good , and was provided with clean towels each day. Every day we returned from our outings we came back to a clean room.

The only thing I could say was the pillows were a bit uncomfortable as they were a bit flat. However I should of just asked for different ones.

Probably one of our most pleasant hotel stays. The room was spacious with super comfy beds, great view, etc. etc. The breakfast had a good (fresh) selection. Staff was professional and friendly. The city view beats the sea view, by the way.

If you're looking to spend time in the center of the Hague, then this location is not ideal. Traffic is stuck constantly and public transport was also not that reliable. Connections to the beach were better and if you have business in the area then it's perfect. Also, a fitness room exists but you're probably better off going for a run outside.

Lobby staff to check you in is borderline rude and unfriendly but the restaurant/foyer staff and manager makes up for that. I had to wait 3 hours on early arrival from airport for my room and the sitting area next to lobby, good wifi (for work and meeting purposes), friendly staff and good variety of food/drinks were outstanding.

The rude lady at reception and the price for a very basic breakfast.
