So good I stayed there twice. Lovely warm welcome both times. I had a lovely quirky room with messanine floor accommodating two single bids. The narrow staircase with no hand rail would not suit everyone but I loved it. To be fair I was asked if I was happy with this room as an alternative was available. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Downstairs there was a comfy sofa to relax on, a table and a bathroom with a toilet and a great shower. In another building there is a kitchen that guests can use. The owners run a mountain bike business from this address so Imagine mountain bike hire would be an option but check with the owners before booking. Breakfast was good continental with a freshly boiled egg which was a nice touch. Great secure off road parking for my motorcycle.

At the price point I find it hard to fault. The location is sub-urban but there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance.

This B&B is for anybody but especially for cyclists. I was travelling solo and stumbled across this place. Unfortunately there were no other cyclists staying at the time but the lady owner more than made up for it. She too is a keen cyclist and it was great chatting with her. She had a genuine interest in my trip and was very helpful. The B&B also has a bike rental business with workshop on the same site. I'm sure if you need any bike maintenance or adjustments then they would be more than willing to help.

Absolutely nothing. It is as close to ideal as is possible for cyclists.

The owner of the B&B was very friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable so I slept very well. Especially nice was the possibility to use the kitchen in order to prepare some food yourself. Parking on the street in fromt of the B&B was also not an issue.

The breakfast was a little monotonous, but it was good nonetheless. For a tall person like myself the bath was a little small.

Everything a cyclist could want including a fee beer on arrival and a bike shop in the backyard. Furniture and fixtures made from bike parts. Nice room with lots of space and a good shower. Healthy breakfast.

Note, it was an attic room so you just had to be aware of the wooden beams.

Good sized rooms. You can cook your own eggs at breakfast. You can eat your takeaway dinner on site.

In the lower floor room, I could hear people upstairs. The bathrooms are quite small, but the showers are still full size. The breakfasts were quite small, I have asked for cheese and cured meat, and had only 1 slice of each.

I like the quite the place I like the breakfast 😋 The owner helps me they are friendly. I'm excited to stay here and VNL university is near here.

The only thing i don't like is ATM isn't around

Really nice location. Usual owners weren't there but the woman running the place was very friendly and helpful. Room was great and very good value, and I was happy with the breakfast. The attached bike hire place was also brilliant!

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfectly located in Velp. We were so close to amenities. The owners were lovely and kind. Our room was bright, spacious, clean and well equipped for our needs. Great breakfast options and lots do get you going for the day. Looking forward to our next stay very soon.

The location, facility, service and friendliness of the owners. The B&B is situated perfectly, walking distance to the center. The owners, especially Jeanette is very friendly and helpful about everything. You feel at home the moment you arrive. The breakfast is really nice and there is no time constraint as in a lot of hotels. There is a fully equipped kitchen which is for the hotel as well as the guests. So you can prepare your own food if you are tired of restaurants. And also a nice way to meet and enjoy your time with other guests.

Super place. Cozy rooms, stylish interior. Really enjoyed staying at this place. We only stayed one night, but if I were to come back to this city, I would choose this BB. Breakfast in a comfortably furnished cabin, everything you need and fruit (home grapes, pear...). We really liked it. Thank you!
