The Hotel was very good for our 1 night stay, searching for tulip fields not too far away. The rooms was small but tidy and clean. Beds are comfy and hotel staff was very friendly. Very happy that our dog was allowed to be there with us and he even got some treats and a toy. Enough space to park the car near by.

The breakfast was okay, but not spectecular. Surcharge of 25 EUR for our little 4kg dog is a bit high (but then I am happy that he is allowed to be there with us, although he was not allowed in the restaurant).

The breakfast was great. A large selection of foods to please everyone. You can even order custom cooked eggs or an omelette. The restaurant was very accommodating. They opened an hour early so that they could accommodate the guests’ concert schedule.

We would have liked the bar to be open when we got back from our concert. However, we would be also happy with a vending machine or the possibility to purchase wine or beer at the front desk.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect - just minute away from the bus/tram/train stop. Behind the hotel was available a free parking which was very convenient.

The apartment was clean and tidy but the hallway on the way to the apartment was a bit neglected and unfresh. There was no dish soap and a sponge, just the dishwasher, so there was no way to wash just one plate. The toilet was in a small separate room, without any sink so using it was a little bit annoing and unsanitary.

reception was very friendly and quick to fufill a request of scissors that i needed urgently. i loved the large shower. the room AC was great and easy to use. the curtains were decent at blocking light. the self-service breakfast had a decent amount of options but lacked some condiments you would expect with scrambled egg and bacon. maybe i just didn't see them. if you arrive late one of the nights you can buzz reception outside and they'll let you in. i don't know if many hotels have that security

i was expecting the room to have a built in USB plug so i didn't have to bother with adapters. our room tea lacked milk so we used the coffee creamer instead. not a deal breaker

Suite was clean and spacious, the water was warm, and there was excellent water pressure for the shower.

Initially, our room was downstairs with a door leading to the pavement. Due to my home country, this was leading to some anxiety. The night porter resolved this very quickly, I am still grateful for the last minute room switch.

Room was a good size It was close to the city center and by car not too far from the attractions we wanted to see Parking was always available We requested a baby bed and it was there upon arrival

The restrant staff could have been nicer to us (we requested a table for an early dinner around 6.30pm and the lady made a full speech about us not having a reservation but te restaurant was empty) There were not a lot of kitchen materials to work with (there was not a single bowl for milk for example)

I really enjoyed my stay The apartment was very comfortable, living room was very spacious, the kitchen has all the artilleries I love it and I'll come back and I'm from Scotland.

There was a wee damp smell coming from the bathroom drainage which they need to check. It's can't affect yr stay or confort, is just to let them know Other than that the bathroom is super 👌 spacious.

the room was first class and good value for money. the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The bar wasnt bad but it did close early. the staff were very good and eager to help.

The car park was a bit of a walk especially as it was raining so I was a little wet when I arrived at the main reception. Also having to pay for the car park was a little unfair considering that this is a hotel that is a little more upmarket than a simple B&B.

Good location for the Boerderij music venue, although the immediate vicinity of the hotel is rather post apocalyptic in feel!

Given the excellent parking at the Boerderij we would probably stay in Lieden next time. Seemed much nicer on a day visit.

the room itself was a bit too small (barely enough for one person); although there was a nice tv, it only had very few channels and mostly in Dutch
