What a great location to the historic centre of Delft; it's walking distance! The room is comfortable and the door/window opens so the lovely cool air can come in. Breakfast - 2 options, a French breakfast which is coffee and croissant or the luxury breakfast which really has everything. Coffee is excellent, food is very tasty. Dinner can be booked in the Restaurant Swing. The menu is small but the food is excellent. Overnight parking for guests with cars, but daytime cars must relocate either by travelling for sightseeing or park in the Markt Parkade; which is very close to the hotel.

The chairs in the Restaurant Swing have solid sides and a curvier person struggles to sit in these chairs. It would be wonderful to have a few chairs without sides.

There is parking, but only from 5 pm to 9 am, which is slightly annoying.

We stayed here for a very decent price. The room was modern and had some tea/coffee making facilities which is always great. We could park the car in the nearby parking garage, which is a short walk away (but you have to walk outside so will be affected by the weather). The hotel is not far from the city centre so one can walk there (you have to cross at least one busy road). The wifi worked well enough on our phones. It would have been nice to stay longer in Delft so hopefully we can come again!

Parking on the hotel grounds would have been nice, but that is a minor point. It will be helpful if the city tax can be included in the fee on booking.com - it is possible to pay it up front on the hotel website if you push all the right buttons.

Very good access to the city centre. It is nice (even though you will get street noise) to be able to open the window and are not solely dependent on airco. Bathroom is spacious with shower and bath. Room has a good size with two chairs and plenty of storage. Coffee and tea making facilities. Good lighting.

It would be handy to have a shower gel in the shower (there is only one fixed near the bath), although soap was provided. Hair dryer did not work and was not repaired in time for us to make use of it the next day (minor inconvenience).

Modern, clean, big room. Hotel is 10min walk from the center. We walked there (with light) baggage from the train station, which is about 20min. Staff very friendly and professional.

After booking they send you mails to confirm approval with their conditions (all in Dutch - at least I didn't find a translation). You are asked, moreover, to give all sorts of information in order to pay the resident tax. However, in the end the system doesn't work. I tried it twice, without success, just to find out that you can pay it easily at the reception ....

Comfortable hotel not too far from the city center. Very non-descript in a positive way: everything I would expect from a hotel when on a business trip.

There is an online check-in process that you can do at home, which makes checking in very quick. Unfortunately the guests before me did not do this and had to fill out everything on the spot, which takes longer than average, so I had to wait 15 minutes or so for the few people before me.

Very clean hotel. Nice vibe. Rooms and beds very comfortable. The safe was not closing and I forgot to mention it at the reception. Very nice staff. Very good breakfast with lots of options and choices, sweet and salty, healthy or a little less 😊 but really nice. A pity that the hotel does not have a parking for its guests as there is space for a few cars…

The hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable and ideally located to explore Delft. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only small thing was that in our room there was not a shower screen meaning we could only use the small shower head not the large overhead one as the spray went all over the bathroom. However this is only a small point, overall we would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Great location in easy walking distance to the city centre; spacious, very clean room with a wonderful view of the city, including a Nespresso coffee machine and a water kettle. Most intelligent bathroom layout so you can have a shower without flooding the whole bathroom, and there were enough hooks to hang towels. Beds were comfortable, there were darkout curtains and the noise level was very low. A very good choice for our family of 3!

This hotel is very centrally located. My room was very Clean and comfortable and came with a balcony. The hotel is at walking distance from the bars en restaurants. There is a public paid parking across the street.

The hotel has some parking area for touring cars and you're allowed to enter for check in, but you're not supposed to leave your car there and will have to relocate. Paid parking is across the street, walking distance. Not a big deal and clearly mentioned during your booking, it just adds another EUR18 to your stay.
