We absolutely loved staying at NZ Zoetermeer. My partner decided to visit me from England for a week, I was looking for the closest hotels to my work place and let me tell you why this is the best hotel compared to near by ones. For almost the same price as if I would pay for a hotel near by (single beds together, no bath) we got a king size bed (we absolutely hate when hotels put two single beds together as we can never sleep without falling in between the gap) and we got a bath and seperate shower. lt was so handy to be able to request online ( without going downstairs to Reception) for toileteries, extra towels,coffee, slippers. Huge plus for people with anxiety. We asked for a room upstairs and got a wonderful room on 8th floor with a view. From the Reception to cleaning staff we felt welcomed. It was spotlessly clean and felt cosy. Train station is literally 20 seconds from the hotel. You can get to Den Haag in a matter of minutes and to Rotterdam .Everything is so well connected. (5min walk) There is a shopping centre with all that you need, restaurants, groceries and local farmers market on Fridays. Near by is a park with an old Water Tower nice for a walk. (About 30 mins walk) walking straight from train station you can get to the centre, huge shopping mall, there is also a local night club where you can go out and have fun and dance the night out. You can also book a bicycle at the hotel and enjoy the city. We had a great experience and just to mention - I left my job in Netherlands and moved back to England. I can say thank you for the cosy place where me and my partner could decide what we want to do with our lives and our future. If I ever visit NL again I will definately stay again in NH Zoetermeer.

This hotel had an excellent selection of breakfast items and the staff were very courteous and friendly. The room we had was a corner room with a beautiful view of the sunrise. Loved having a robe with slippers! The room we had was also right near the gym which was excellent as well.

As a suggestion, I would add some extra blankets and a full length mirror. I was on a business trip and it was hard to access my whole outfit because the lack of a full length mirror. ;-)

My 5 days staying were delightful. The bed is really comfortable. the staff is very friendly. We were on a road trip to visit Netherlands, so the hotel location was convenient and central. They have electric charging spots inside the parking. The hotel is pet friendly, they gave treats and a pet toy to my dog. The breakfast was fabulous!

Nothing to mention

The staff at reception were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was a good size and the beds extremely comfortable. It was very quiet at night so a good night's sleep was assured. Tea making facility was appreciated . The morning breakfast was truly amazing. . Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

For some reason, I was guest of the day, which was quite sweet, as I’ve always thought of myself as special. Seriously though, we had a room upgraade, complementary nibbles in our room, ballon’s and a reserved table for breakfast. Maxine was a real star and made us feel very welcome. And the young lady serving in the bar restaurant (sorry, I can’t remember your name) was delightfully friendly and said she would look out for us the next time we are there. Room was very comfortable, clean and very spacious. Well done everyone.

Bar prices were a little high.

Present for the baby (small bag with toiletries ) , kind staff, good breakfast .

Room was way to warm, but there was a table ventilator , which did help a bit. Overall, all OK. If I am to picky, I can name some other things but overall OK

Breakfast was great, plenty of variety, excellent waiters keeping all the foods stocked, good coffee. Bed was very comfortable, duvee was the right warmth. Only trouble was check-in took about 45 minutes standing around while she served a customer. Too much chit chat. But the bar woman have us a free beer while we waited. And the receptionist have one free breakfast and free parking, which saved ten euros.

room : adequate, business-like, clean, very much ok. breakfast: really excellent wide wide choice of everything. Bed: ok, I slept well, nothing to complain. Cozy bar/restaurant with good kitchen and well-prepared food.

wifi was slow and now and then about stopped. On the expensive side.

Staff was very professional and helpful. Hotel was clean, had all modern facilities, accomodation accepts dogs - as we travelled with a dog and needed hotel for unplanned stay they made us feel welcome.

Room got hot in the morning due to windows facing east, there wasn't an air conditioning.

The gym is great, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is quite good. The staff is nice and helpful. Great business hotel.
