The hotel is very new, just opened few weeks ago. The view is stunning and the rooms are spacious. There are some negative reviews before but i did enjoyed my stay very much! The location is the best and we are taken care of very well.

Great location. New Hotel, everything clean, a few little issues but worth the stay. The front desk team was amazing and the harbour view rooms were specatacular

The restaurant staff could have been a little friendlier as we ate breakfast 7 days in a row and it felt like they didnt recognise us. Also there was some noise from the rooftop bar.

The hotel is gorgeous, well appointed and super close to shops and restaurants at Commercial Bay, very convenient. Super clean.

There needs to be more than 2 staff checking people in, you always have to wait to check in/speak to someone. We had to wait a long time for our second room to be ready (even though we checked in at 3) and then had to chase them up for the key. They said it had a leak so put us in a different room on level 10 - but this was the side of the hotel rather than front which is what we had paid for. We were then given a room on Level 9 which was good. Worst part of the stay was how we could hear everyone on the street at night (it was a sat night) - yelling, laughing, singing etc. We didn't get much sleep. I have never stayed at a hotel with so much noise coming up from the street.

For late check-in, please kindly leave a note for instruction, as my mother and I arrived in Auckland at 1:00am, we were a bit disoriented when we got into the city. It was absolutely understandable that no bell person was downstairs working at that hours. However I didn’t know that the intercom screen has a touch-on sensor for ringing the reception desk until one of the residential guest came in, and let us to the 1st floor to check in. It was a little bit panicking for me as my mother was a bit tired. All else are great! 😊

Just a bit more instruction for late check-in guests, for late/early morning check-in!

All the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The room was spotless with a large and very comfortable bed. Fabulous shower. Cannot fault our experience and would recommend.

Nothing. Only small gripe, which is out of the hotels control, is the bar underneath was quite noisy on Friday night until 3am and we were on floor 11, in a soundproofed room and could still clearly hear what was going on.

Loved the design, comfort and the newness of the hotel - all to a very high standard. The parking/drop off area was somewhat lacking and very frustrating for our uber drivers. Location was excellent, just wish we had more time to relax and enjoy it.

Parking issue - drop off area was too small, congested and frustrating for drop offs and pick ups. Also very expensive if one wanted to have a slightly later checkout.

Advieh Restaurant was excellent

Information for vehicle access on arrival was non-existent. There is only a small loading zone near the entrance to the hotel, with no indication that it is for the use of hotel guests upon arrival. This was a hugely frustrating experience and it would be advisable to make this problem known to future guests

Location and rooms - both were amazing

The glass door on the toilet was annoying-our breakfast was disappointing-seemed to be not enough wait staff is we saw our order sit at the pass for 10 minutes before being given to us and it was cold

Location is superb. A/C works very well. Cold water fountain in the corridor to make up for the lack of complementary water bottles. Very helpful concierge.

Lighting system in the room is very bad. It is impossible for women to put make up :( Not enough storage and very small wardrobe

Perfectly located hotel in a trendy part of Auckland. All details within the hotel were to a high (& new) standard. Room extremely comfortable, great shower & fantastic breakfast. We would stay again- happily!

Facilities such as a gym and/or pool would be beneficial
