I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my recent stay at JW Marriott. Ryan, Go, and Morgan were truly exceptional — they were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Their efforts made a significant impact on my experience, and they are a big reason why I will be returning to JW Marriott Auckland.

The pool and spa facilities where under renovation and they did fail to mention this prior to the booking. I was a little disappointed to be offered general access to the local pool as a substitute option when there where plenty better spa option in the area that could have been offered as a better substitute.

The beds were comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Nice bathroom. Excellent location

I could hear conversations in next room in the middle of the night. Housekeeping came to clean room only at 5pm of the second day. We had been out all day and would have liked to come back to a made up room. On first day at breakfast no staff approached table at any point. Even when I checked in at 2 am with 2 tired kids in tow and a lot of baggage apart from the bare necessities of check in procedure zero conversation was made. I of course don’t expect to chat but How was your flight or this won’t take a moment would have been appreciated.

Loved everything, clean, tidy, wonderful staff who are very helpful and kind, really lovely that the young man who brought our things to the room while we were waiting tuckedmy daugers soft toy in! Lovely little tipple of berry tea when we arrived as we had traveled from out of town, lots of helpful amenities in the room, pool, spa and sauna was great, our daughter loved it, valet was perfect and very helpful.

The breakfast is overpriced, no room service menu in the room that I could find and no recommendations for food in the area which would have been helpful (allthough I didn't phone reception to ask so they may have had one there) you could however go to the resturant in the hotel as an option.

We really enjoyed our stay here over the weekend it was very exceptional it was my partner and I anniversary weekend and we spent it here at this awesome hotel. From the minute we arrived the the time we left the staff helped us our with everything we needed I asked if I pay and extra price if the could decorate our room which was the highlight of our stay there and also the pool,spa,sauna and gym area we love love loved everything about our stay here definitely well be back for another stay. Thank you very much Ryan,Gio,Will and the big bos manager for everything yous could have possibly done to make our stay exceptional and yous did we are overwhelmed and will definitely be back again.

There was nothing about this hotel that we disliked everything was on point and exceptional.

Location was close to my workplace, and our rooms, cleanliness and breakfast was great! Restaurant food and especially the valet service was absolutely amazing!

We were celebrating my birthday on Friday and wanted to listen to music/watch Netflix (via casting) on TV after dinner that night. We were unable to access those areas on TV using the remote from Friday until late Saturday evening when assistance from reception was sought - the TV cords had been disconnected prior to our stay. By that time it was too late into the night, and we were asked to keep the singing down.

From the moment we drove in, we received exceptional service. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Our room exceeded our expectations. The decor and lighting were soothing to the eye, especially after a big day out in the city. The pool and spa on the 10th floor were a treat and the perfect way to relax in the afternoon. The buffet breakfast had everything and was so delicious. The bar staff at night made delicious cocktails and helped us with places/bars to visit. I highly recommend JW Marriott!

Amazing stay, the staff went above and beyond on our anniversary celebration and left a little cake in our room, besides upgrading us to a better view room. We were really impressed with the hospitality. The bed was super comfortable and the room very spacious and cozy. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, lots of options and very tasty. Will definitely come back!

The pool and spa area was full of kids jumping and swimming and we couldn’t quite “relax”, even though there was a board which said that kids couldnt come on the spa without the responsible adult they weren’t respecting. We thought we would enjoy this area a bit more but it was so crowded we couldn’t.

Oh the smell was exceptional - really love that smell as soon as you walk in.....The greeting right at front, even before you walk in, was amazing...The staff was very helpful. And we were soooo very blessed with the upgrade for our Mum's 70th birthday. And every other treats that came with it...THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING IT A MEMORABLE TIME FOR US ALL. WE LOVED OUR TIME THERE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Just the chlorine in the Pool, maybe a bit much for the kids, it turned the colour on their togs..But the kids loved it and couldn't have enought of it.

The staff , the hospitality, the restaurant were all excellent

the room we had (a Junior Suite - room 601) was tired and could use some serious loving to bring it up to a standard which equated to the room rate charged. for example the left hand door on the cabinet (under the TV in the lounge area) was off its hinges and only remained inplace because it was jammed into the gap.. all of the wardrobe doors were badly scratched by either finger nails of rings on fingers... either way the wood work was gouged by these scratches so it has been an on going problem for some time that has never been addressed. The furniture in the lounge was tired and looked like it had passed it use by date some years ago,,, if it was my hotel I would be closing this room off and putting it on the maintenance list.

The hotel foyer is just stunning. From the moment you pull into driveway it's a beautiful welcome. The front of house staff were warm friendly and very welcoming. BUT our highlight and favourite thing about our 3 nights was the amazing bar lady, Yiinze ,(Blake). Her bubbly friendly energetic personality blew us away. Then she designed a cocktail that we got to savour... She went over and above with our service and surprised us each night with a new cocktail. She is super amazing and couldn't praise her enough. I will most definitely be back in the hope she is still injecting her charm into the bar. Thank you Yiinze for making our stay even more memorable 🍸🍹

The pool/spa and sauna hours, I wish they were open a little later.Amazing facility up by the pool tho.
