Parking. Jeds Coffee bag with bodum. Great bathroom and comfortable bed. Great value property overall. Had everything i needed for the purpose of the stay. Great tea and coffee selection in rooms although chanui is very weak in my opinion. (Not a complaint, just for my taste)

Whilst I didn't expect an amazing breakfast, the quality of the eggs and sausages were very poor. Sausages looked like they were boiled with no colour at all. Needs to be actually browned. Eggs aren't scrambled... they are just overcooked clumps. The overall range for breakfast is perfect for what you need though. I found an avocado under the fridge from a previous stay. Definitely wasn't fit for consumption.

I stayed one night on a stopover to Niue, it was a good value option not far from the airport. Restaurant and bar downstairs is handy, complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. Staff were very lovely, room was clean. We visited the nearby Botanic Gardens, and walked the Puhinui Forest stream trail next to it, only a $9nzd Uber to get there. Then we Ubered to Papatoetoe night markets (Fridays only) which were awesome - highly recommend! It had quite a few Islander food stalls which we loved.

No complimentary moisturiser which I needed as it was a stopover so I couldn’t bring over 100ml of liquids.

We arrived a bit early, we were able to check in early, I like the rooms & breakfast buffet.

The ladies at the restaurant seems a bit rude, our rooms included breakfast, the receptionist forgot to give us the vouchers to show them, went for breakfast, started to eat and one of them came up and questioned us with no smile on her face whatsoever, I said I forgot our numbers because I already returned the cards but still want me to go get it, saw them mumbled at the back of the coffee machine, which is unprofessional and rude, We supposed to check out at 10am, 9.45 the housekeeper started knocking on the door while we got change, tried to hurry us out. Wasn't happy about it.

Great location, central Manukau, close proximity to access motorway, local food places, lovely clean room, excellent linen.

Issue, shower drain, water backed up, unless removed shower drain cap, reception advised on check out. Missing full set cutlery, no dessert spoons, use soup spoons to eat cereal, missing drinking glasses, had to use mug for cold drink. Only issues.

Great location - close to the motorway, a petrol station and a shopping mall. The room was very clean and quiet, had excellent wifi and a nice view through large windows which let in lots of natural light. Nice decor and a good air conditioning unit. Mobility parking is provided and, inside the hotel, there is lift access to the upper floors and good wheelchair access into the room.

The bed was a little soft for my liking. The hotel itself was a bit difficult to access in the wheelchair. There is a ramp leading to the reception area but it is quite long and steep. I made my reservation through Booking.com which stated that my room would be on the ground floor but arrived at the hotel to find that I had been allocated a room on the first floor. Booking.com also failed to mention that there is a $100 security bond payable on check-in, which I was not prepared for. I was also led to believe that I could pay on arrival at the hotel but I arrived to find that the payment had already been taken off my credit card. In future I will make a point of contacting the hotel prior to my stay and double checking the finer details.

Great location just off of state highway and only ten minutes from International airport. Great breakfast with lovely staff.

I arrived at 2am and there was no parking so I was downloading parking apps off of QR codes in the neighbouring carpark and then had to use the after hours to access my key. This was alot of standing around with my handsful, occupied in a dark carpark on my own as a single women. I felt unsafe. Once inside there was no wall signage so it was a case of opening and closing doors and wandering around to find my floor then room. Once in my room my stay was fantastic!

I feel that Rosel the receptionist needs to adopt a new approach when dealing with customers. On arrival she didn't have the warmest welcome she just said can you go sit down over there in a judgemental tone. Then proceeded to tell me to come to the desk and asked for my I.D. when I had stayed earlier I was never asked this question.. I pressed her as to why I needed to give it her response was because of Hotel policies. I had explained to her I was never asked for my i.d. when I checked in here last week. Her whole tone and mannerism needs work!!

Room had everything I needed including a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Loads of parking, close to local shopping centre, the perfect location and close to Manukau. Staff were super lovely also :) Definitely would stay again!

The bedding situation was not ideal. 2 single beds that come together to make one larger bed - was great in theory however one side of the bed sank and the other did not making it uncomfortable. Also worth noting cannot use a HDMI on their tvs - not really a deal breaker, but would have been great as there are only normal tv channels and no SKY or smart tv options

Decent option for a close location to the airport, get what you pay for and that's all you can ask. I booked 2 nights as on staybe next day, cheap enough to allow that as a backup option and utilized as late checkout.

Thought it was 24 hour desk, arrived after 10pm and although there was an after hours lock box it was a little confusing. More so the next day I was asked to see the front desk which I did for no apparent reason but turned out my key stopped working when I returned after checkout day one. No big deal and small gripe as again value option.

+ such convenient location to SH1 and SH20 + close to Manukau Shopping Centre; and a small shopping centre right next door that can sort out all of breakfast, lunch, dinner, groceries, liquor + rooms had everything we need for a simple stay

- appears to have only 15 parking spots for the hotel, unclear how parking works for the rest of the massive carpark as the signs suggest it’s paid parking - the bathroom fan had its own switch off, but only if the bathroom light was off. Would’ve liked the option to switch fan off when the bathroom light is on too eg doing makeup, brushing teeth etc which doesn’t need the fan
