Rooms are good for everything we need is there. The cleaning is awesome and the service at the counter n cafe really excellent. I recommend this hotel to people when they come to Auckland especially my friends.

I like the rooms more spaces. Sky everything in the room and clean iron everything. I loved it your hotel. Almost every 6 months I come to Auckland for Our family thing. I use to stay at Ibis hotel. It’s not the same at Sebel hotel. My brother in laws telling us to stay with them there, and I loved it. And we all discuss it that is where we can stay when any family event happen. Thank you so much

Check in was very good and fast room was very clean with lots of charging points for devices. Comfortable bed with good pillows a good place to relax.

The breakfast Buffet is of a good standard but if you are behind a large group with big appetites you might have a problem with the kitchen keeping up with the demand as we found out and ended up with a cold breakfast as some of our food we plated up only to find that the rest of the buffet was empty and had to wait in line for resupply only for the buffet to empty again. A bit frustrating

Welcoming staff on arrival which was refreshing after a disastrous Trivago booking which was oversold and left me hanging with nowhere to stay at 7pm. I appreciated the assistance of the reception staff. Kingsize Bed was fantastic to really get a good night's sleep, very low external noise was a bonus and the shower was divine 🙂. Great touch also with the Nespresso machine and some coffee pods 👌

Kitchen sitting area was quite awkward to work with and parking fee was a surprise to me ... but these were minor when looking at the overall value and experience

Quick and hassle-free check-in Courteous and friendly reception staff A large group was waiting to be checked-in when we arrived but reception staff calmly and quickly checked us into our room simultaneously. My wife loved the room and has made a note to request the same room again if we stay at the hotel again in future, which we almost certainly will. Room was clean and spacious Beds were comfortable, offering good support

The only criticism was that the bathroom shower gel container was almost completely empty and had not been replenished when the room was cleaned after the previous occupants had departed

Room was spacious for us, amenities were just what we needed, it was clean and comfortable to be in. The room service was excellent. When we requested for extra blankets it was met immediately.

Confusion with checking in. When booking online my credit information was given, I was confused when I was asked to pay for it at the desk. No eftpost was unacceptable. It was quite a demanding and a little intimidating experience thinking you may not have accommodation, particularly after a long days travel. Other than that the day staff were wonderful.

I’ve stayed at Sebel manukau before and paid for family to stay here too. We’ve booked with Sebel manukau 5 times now and they continue to exceed our expectations with their customer service. The team at the front desk were welcoming & made sure we were looked after. The team at the restaurant were also very helpful as well as the lovely lady that delivered extra towels and toilet paper to our room. Thank you to the team that was working on Wednesday 27th March 10pm - Saturday 30th March 8am.

The only constructive feedback we have is the aircon in the room could be a little stronger and if Sebel is considering upgrading their TVs we would’ve loved the option to use our Netflix while we stayed with Sebel. However this does not takeaway the 10/10 service we receive every time we stay with Sebel Manukau.

The room was beyond my expectations. It was clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were amazing, I had issues with my keycard and it wasn't an issue for staff to fix it for me. Also my sister left her keycard in the car after I dropped her off, she was having a panic attack till she told the girl at the desk who reassured her it was okay, they got her into our room. Fantastic service.

Nothing, everything was perfect. We even invited our brothers and sister inlaws to have dinner with us, they enjoyed it so much we invited them back to have breakfast with us before we went to the airport to catch our flight back to Australia.

Absolutely everything about the accn was excellent. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza 4 days earlier and price comparison, location, facilities had nothing on Sebel Hotel. We were nothing but impressed from the time we stepped into the door of the hotel the staff, facility and also the meals - just PERFECT!!

We were lucky it was not raining, no shelter from car to hotel reception - again this would have only been an issue if raining. Considering it is an outside carpark, there should be no cost to residence.

The staff right from the concierge on arrival was extremely professional, in welcoming us to The Sebel. The room we had was fabulously spacious, spotless and clean. The room could not be faulted in any respect. Room service was brilliant and we did not have to wait long for the service to arrive. Upon departure we did not have to pay extra for parking or mini bar. I would personally give your hotel a five star rating. As a professional couple we were very impressed with the hotel on the whole and would recommend the Sebel to friends and family. The room we had was on the 6th floor overlooking Manukau City it was brilliant. Thank you so much our stay was perfect.

Everything besides they charged for parking. Which i wasn’t told while checking in. And moreover it had a advertising board saying parking at own Risk. For real? If i am paying then i should get secure parked place and peace of mind.
