Clean and comfortable with basic facilities, sufficient for an overnight stay. Easy to find and not far from places to eat. Relatively simple to get to airport. All rooms are ground floor so no steps to overcome with suitcases needing repacking for following day's flight

The rooms are quite tight, getting in and out of bed on one side requires some effort but that's better than a smaller bed. Small table and chairs, no sofa or armchair but if, like us, you are on an overnight stay en route to airport, the room is adequate.

The Staff are incredibly friendly and nice - I've been staying annually and they remember me which is awesome! It's a cute wee space to stay which was convenient to me event at the ASB Showgrounds and also to Newmarket mall - only a 10min walk away!

The pillows weren't very comfortable but the bed was great which kinda made up for it. You don't get refreshed towels unless you hang up the sign asking for a service. The bin is a little small and kept in the bathroom - but there is a skip nearby to pop rubbish into.

The bath was excellent. We are used to solar power with shower only, which is why we chose the Tudor Motor Lodge for its bath. Also it was close enough to get us into CBD parking before rush hour. You could make your description of that unit a little clearer by stating "Bath and shower" instead to the ambiguous "Bath or shower". However, now that we know for sure, we will be back whenever we have another early CBD appointment.

The TV operated for a short while, then we got a "No Signal" message. We didn't bother the staff with that as we carried our own pocket WIFI and computer. We would have alerted the staff next morning but left too early.

Room and bed comfortable. Wi-Fi and air conditioning good. Laundry good. The outlook is quiet and pleasant. This is not top of the line accommodation but for the price I had everything I wanted. The rooms are not serviced during stays of less than a week but staff will attend to anything you ask for.

Just that turning car around in the car park not that easy.

people were nice, room was clean and comfortable. good value for the price and location. parking was very good and the place ws easy to find.

room needs a "face lift" , as ti was getting a little tired and the main road sign needs to be lit up during the hours of darkness. but otherwise it was pretty good.

The room was great for our stay. Clean and tidy We stayed for Synthony in the domain. We walked to the concert which took about 20 minutes. Off street parking which was great. Would definitely stay again

Shower was a tight fit. I'm small so wasn't so bad, but was difficult for my 6 foot partner.

We request a small kitchen and we got a microwave, small element and a fridge. Some small milks and they provided teas, milo and coffee provide. Lovely friendly owner who is super happy to accommodate.

Walls are thin and you can hear the people next door. Wasn't a bother for us though.

Clean. All facilities provided and functional. High standard of servicing. Bed was comfortable. Shower worked well. Convenient location.

Nothing to find fault with. Room is small, but adequate. Servicing not every day but provided on request. It's certainly not premium accommodation but value for money

The room was spotlessly clean. The location was great - easy to navigate around Auckland from. The staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful.

Due to staff shortages, rooms weren't serviced every day, but a rubbish collection would've been nice. Also it would be great if there was a small microwave in the room.

The room was clean and basic facilities were perfect for my trip to Auckland. I just needed somewhere to sleep at night. A good venue for a short trip to visit family in the area. Staff were friendly and clean facilities were always available whenever asked for.

The connecting door (locked) leaked noise from nextdoor room i.e a man with a severe snoring problem
