It is near to Mount Eden and Newmarket with a great value of a night stay. The room is neat and quiet and comfortable. Free parking and wifi, and TV with Netflix. I love the idea of using the key card to enter the hotel outside reception hours. If you visit Auckland and would love some quiet and handy place for a stay, that's definitely a choice!

Will be better if the room is equipped with cutlery, yet the reception provieded us on request. Not too many takeaway/restaurants close by, but with some walk or drive, there are lots out there to choose from.

The rooms were spacious and for the most part clean (had an old water stain where fridge was). Good value for money. Lots of car spaces. There was a lingering smell from the restaurant in the reception area and corridors but the rooms were pleasant. Excellent location - handy to town and motorways.

The carpets were a little run down with stains. Reception was unattended so had to wait for over 10minutes until someone arrived to check me in, we also had to wait 2 hours for our 2nd room to be cleaned (but they were short-staffed). Not as welcoming on reception as they could be. Hotel laundry being done (and spread out) in the same space as the shared kitchen facilities. Lovely hotel rooms but reception and shared spaces do need a little TLC.

Room was spacious, comfy bed, very large sized TV. Good location. Allowed to leave luggage till check-in and after check-out.

Common areas and bathroom facilities were not very clean, pretty gross actually. Avoid the men's toilet in the reception area unless you like dirty places. Reception could not find booking initially, bit chaotic. Could not check-in at the allocated time because the room wasn't ready yet. The restaurant next door gave a permanent food and cooking smell in the reception room. Kitchen equipment in the apartment was quite random: odd sized mugs, some missing forks, different plates and sizes, hobs definitely seen better times, no dishwashing sponge. Bathroom light not working. Shower head frame loose. Carpet floor was old and stained. Appartment had seen better times, but still liveable.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, there wasn't a facility for this, would've been nice if there was. No other restaurant information in the room at all. Also would've like the menu for the downstairs restaurant.

One of the pillows on the bed had an old coffee stain on it, looked like it hadnt been changed from the previous people that stayed, couldn't call downstairs to have it replaced as there is no phone in the room and when we went downstairs to let them know, no one was around. Forgot to ask again later, just ran into the cleaning staff in the lobby and asked for a replacement pillow, she didn't speak english so wasn't able to inform her that the pillow was like that upon arrival. Also, we stayed 2 nights but no one came to make the room up the next day?

The water bottles, the bath, the beds the price os great. Location was perfect for us and not close to the motorway to hear the cars driving past all night.

When we asked for an extra cup in our room as we only had one reception wasn't very helpful. They pointed me to the communal kitchen and said of there's one in there u can use it. We asked for our room to be serviced one day and only our bathroom got done. Not a biggie as we did straighten the bed up before leaving.

The room looked nice and it is presented well (outside and reception)

Our room didn’t have any tea, coffee or sugar ect, there was not enough cutlery to use as well As no tea towel to dry dishes. I did find the sponge in our room gross so didn’t want to use it. One room also had the fire exit covered by a bed.

Great location, easy to find. Short walk from New Market Westfield. Clean and tidy, great sized rooms. All come with toiletries, fridge, water, ironing facilities, toaster and kettle. Towels were replaced each day. Comes with a smart TV with most of the streaming services.

Only comes with tea cups, tea spoons and cups in room. Have to go and ask for bowls/plates/cutlery if needed.

We stayed in a deluxe king studio, very large almost a separate bedroom with access to bathroom both from bedroom and lounge. Lovely sunny bedroom and offered everything we required. Basic but comfortable and great value for money. staff were very helpful as we wanted a late checkout which they accommodated.

No room information book and no dishwash liquid which wasnt very helpful when wanting to do dishes.

It was cold…there was no heater or heating option There was air conditioning but no ability to control the temperature…it was room temperature & being winter was cold input into room The fridge was switched off, after turning up the dial to medium inside fridge it started, but unfortunately next morning went to make cup of tea..milk & all food in there was frozen 😑

The location and having wifi and the shower was nice.

A few of the lights didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable for me. The room was only set up for two people yet my booking was for three. And in the morning 2 hours before check house keeping knocked on door even though the do not disturb sign was on the handle.
