The room was very comfortable, it is clear the host is very thoughtful about all the little details - there were snacks provided which was great as we had an early flight the next morning. The room was very clean and well-maintained. We could not have asked for a better stay our last night in New Zealand! It was also great that we could have a place to park our rental car for the night. Could not speak to the location, as our stay coincided with the Easter weekend so everything was closed. But it looked like it was very convenient based on the number of restaurants and shops we walked by.

Hotel location is great.It is within walking distance to Newmarket train station. Opposite the hotel there is a very nice Vietnamese restaurant(closes till late,830pm) and you could also walk to a supermarket(Countdown) located in a mall nearby. Hop on the train to Britomart station(two stops away from Newmarket station) for more wide range of shopping and nice eateries.

Toilet was a little small for even a smaller-sized adult like myself.

The room was clean, the bed was very good, and the shower was excellent. Good location as it is also close to the train station. Vivien was responsive and helpful when we had to collect our luggage a bit later than planned. Will surely recommend her place to others visiting Auckland.

-location, location, location! -breakfast foods for continental breakfast were very convenient as snacks actually during a couple of busy days -shower products in jumbo bottles was nice (I hate running out of body wash at hotels) -room was very comfortable and good size for a couple -Vivienne also very kindly let us check in a few hours early which was much appreciated

-as previous mentioned it was strange not having a sink with the kitchen bench but we got used to it -complimentary butter (in fridge) is getting a bit old now, needs replacing pls :) -bathroom would be good if there were a few more hooks (for toiletry bags or to hang towels) but that’s me being very detailed here!

Self Check-In & Check-Out, great Location for Shopping with Train Station close by, Eye Institute less than 5 min walk away, Modern clean flat with heat pump/aircon, small kitchenette and simple brekkie provided. Happy to recommend and stay again. Thanks Vivien :)

Nothing, everything was perfect

Lovely bi fold doors that opened up onto a deck made the room seem Much bigger and let me have fresh air in. Huge bed with everything I needed plus the owners left for me a really well stocked fridge with breakfast all waiting. Very generous of them and I was very grateful.

If you could get a washer drier into the room I would definitely book it for my longer stays!

It is so close to Train station, New Market, only 2 minutes by walk. Also a big shopping center is located in several minutes walking area. It is very convenient facility.

If a washing machine is facilitated in the out-side deck, it is very convenient for long-stay customer.

We had a great stay - bed was super comfortable and was in a great location, very close by Newmarket Westfield and train station. The complimentary breakfast was an awesome bonus which we didn’t expect. Room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed and wanted for the night. It was great having an on-site car park as well (for free as well!).

Very clean and comfortable, having milk, bread, butter, jam and cornies was a real bonus. Love the little chocolate bars! Location was excellent for us, next to train station to catch train to Eden Park for the concert. Great value. Check-in was very simple, good to have off-road parking with the room also. Definately recommend!

The location was perfect. The room, kitchenette and the bathroom were all pretty clean and nice.

The fact that the kitchen did not have a sink to wash the dishes and a coffee machine or a plunger.
