There isn't anything I can fault with Airport Christchurch Motel at all! The staff were awesome and friendly. It's exceptionally clean, and very comfortable and homely. Doesn't really feel like a motel at all. The location is perfect! especially for me as I flew to Christchurch airport and it's only 2 mins away from the airport, and they offer a free shuttle to and from the airport whenever you arrive or depart. And even though it's close to the airport you don't hear any planes or anything, it's nice and quiet. Would definitely be coming back if I ever needed place to stay in Christchurch. This property was so fresh and clean, messaging and information was super clear and extremely helpful. The reception team assisted us with every possible need. Everything was in working order. Bed was so comfortable.

I'm not a fan of open showers where the water goes everywhere, but other than that, which is a small thing really, everything was outstanding.

Communication with the property was excellent, they held a lost property package for us, we paid on site. The manager very helpful. The rooms were large and spacious. The tiles in the bathroom were heated. This property and its location was excellent for the airport, and for the price it way exceeded our expectations.

We had a 2 bedroomed family apartment with 1 bathroom. As we had 4 adults it would have been ideal to have the toilet separate from the bathroom. (1st world problem)

The beds were very comfortable, allowing my partner and I to have a good nights sleep after arriving after midnight. The staff were helpful, including providing transport to pick up our rental car.

The shower. The entire bathroom floor was very wet. I understand that the design makes it more accessible, including wheelchair; however I have experienced more functional designs.

a bit too far from the airport and the pickup service only operates office hours surprised that after arriving at 2.00am in the morning that we were expected to be out by 10.00am or we would have to pay $25 extra per hour

Fit for purpose. We decided to stay here to allow us an easy departure at Christchurch airport. The complimentary shuttle service was great and flexible as we were ready early we were able to get the shuttle leaving 30mins earlier. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room.

It was on a busy road and was quite noisy. It was quite a walk to dinner options. More reviews of local dinner restaurants would be helpful.

Thank you! We had been through some problems, and the friendly and kind welcome was like sunshine in a storm! Thank you! The suggestion that we be downstairs, not the upstairs unit that I was unaware I had booked, was a God send. The laundry was so good and user-friendly. The free transport to the Thai restaurant was unexpected. We needed to meet up with our adult grandchildren who recently shifted to Christchurch. So we could do that without fuss. Plus the shuttle to the airport was such a blessing. Thank you again for a warm and friendly place.

Maybe an option to purchase a small one-pack of cereal may be a good idea. We had to unexpectedly extend our time in Christchurch, so we had no supplies, and no vehicle. But thank you for telling us about the breakfast cafe just around the corner with great porridge. I tried it. You were right.

The location is very convenient. The staff is very friendly. The motel provide free shuttle bus for airport service. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

The door in the bath room cannot lock as has been broken. Besides, the sofa in the living room is very old should be changed.

Clean room, sufficient space, full kitchen. Remarkable was that: We got the pick-up service from the airport and the driver brought me back to the airport immediately, when I realized, that I lost my cellphone while entering the shuttle bus and he wanted to wait at the airport until I manage my issue. Very kind!

We always enjoy our stay here. Very, very clean. Lovely modern room and facilities. Staff are great. Heaters were on when we arrived back from our international flight at 1.30am so lovely and toastie. Close to the airport. Won't stay anywhere else. 😌

Our room was on the street side so a little bit of road noise but didn't really notice it and certainly not a detraction
