The location is very convenient and most of all the room is very clean and comfortable to stay. The toilet and shower room are clean as well and the beddings are compty to use & very fragrance. We like their service too eapecially the owner was very helpful to easily solved and find rhe means foe the alrernative. Thank you so much!

We like everything actually but just a suggestion that in the room needs a heater as well especially this wintertime.

The bed was luxurious. The amount of bedding weight, perfect. As no one booked in beside us so was very quiet. Lovely renovations done since stayed there back in 2019. New owners, no more brown exterior paint colours. All round improvement, thoughtfully planted garden and obviously money well spent.

Is it standard practice to hand out milk or have it ready in the fridge? Had to go in seek of it, not our usual experience. And reported the hard to assemble damaged foldout bed, but just kind of dismissed it.

We didnt need breakfast, but checkout time was much better so we didnt have to rush.

A few ants in the kitchen cupboard but they were gone by the morning. We were also lucky that the room was open and ready for us on arrival as we did not arrive till late.

Warm and helpful welcome. The one bedroom unit was well equipped and surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed a soak in the spa pool after a circular drive up the surf highway to New Plymouth and back via SH3.

Everything was just right and the coffee plunger was a bonus thank you.

If the room was vacuum the day after check in and the sugar was restocked I would have given an excellent review.

Everything was great. Management and staff made you feel so welcome. We live in Auckland and after a long lock down it was a nice safe place to be in. Clean and safe and quiet. Stealing the idea for our windows. I usually wake at 4.30am. For the first time in a long time I actually slept in till 10.30 lol.

Couldn’t see the mountain the trees in the way. But the weather wasn’t too good anyway. Lol

We got upgraded to the 3brm house @ no extra cost. Kept us as a family of 8 together & not separate units

Sadly our WiFi was a let down, intermittent cutting in & out, we were using our data. But daughter she had the bedroom by the outside deck & had great connection lol.

Location on main road but nice and quiet. Manager very helpful.

Wifi was so patchy that they needed to put me up in a different room. Even then I needed the window open to get connection. Manager was very accommodating though having to come out of her own room to help me a couple of times.

The spa facility was definitely a hit with our three children and appreciated that we were able to bring our dog. It was also great to come back to a serviced room after spending our days in Whanganui :)
