I had a perfect stay at Regan House. It was a chilly evening, but the room had adequate heating and the bed was very cosy with an electric blanket. Loved snuggling up with a hot drink from the well-stocked kitchen cupboard! The room itself was very clean and had everything I needed. The house was nice and quiet and I enjoyed getting to know Judith and Wayne the next morning while I was treated to an amazing breakfast cooked just for me (get the french toast)! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Regan house far exceeded our expectations. Judith and Wayne were so hospitable. We greatly enjoyed having a chance to talk with them during breakfast, which was outstanding. The bedroom is beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, private bathroom. The bedroom opens into an extensive flower garden, which has places to sit and enjoy the garden and the birds. The hosts gave us helpful information on the area. Overall it's one of the best BnB's we've ever stayed in and we hope to return.

I loved everything about this house. It is a traditional villa home very much like my own, so it was like being at home - except better because I didn't have to make breakfast. Which was superb by the way - Eggs Benedict with bacon and tomato, toast, fruit, coffee, juice. Hot, delicious and plentiful. A great way to start the day. The room itself is beautiful, very spacious and warm with beautiful views of the gardens. The bed is extremely comfortable with extra blankets if needed. The house is very cozy with a lovely wood burner to sit by in the lounge. The hosts Judith and Wayne were very welcoming. We had some lovely chats by the fire and Judith gave me lots of great information about Stratford and the surrounding areas.

I can't fault this accommodation in any way. I had a wonderful stay and would stay here again without question.

Regan House was a charming older house located near the center of Stratford. The room was spacious and the bed was warm and comfortable. There were really nice amenities, including warm bathrobes. But what really made the place standout, were the other things, like a home cooked, hearty breakfast. That was delicious and amazing! The gardens and outside spaces were beautiful, like being at a botanical garden. And Judith, the host, was very easy to talk to, -she made us feel so special! We would definitely stay here again!

A warm welcome from our host, Judith. Beautiful heritage house with wonderful gardens. Sadly, it was very wet and warm when we visited, so we couldn't take advantage of the pretty verandah outside the room. Our room was quite large with a comfy bed, sofa and armchair, and an ensuite. A kettle, fridge, plates, glasses and cutlery were provided. The breakfast was very good, despite a mix up on timing! Easy parking just outside the ground floor room.

A microwave would have been useful but really, there's very little not to like!

We loved our stay at Regan House!! Judith was just the sweetest! She was very welcoming and warm! Her home is beautifully decorated, beds are comfy! We had great conversation around the breakfast table. She encouraged us to drive the Forgotten World Hwy and we are so glad we did! Regan House is one of our top experiences at a B n B’s! Our breakfast was outstanding 5 ⭐️! Highly recommend to stay here if you are in the area!

This is a very beautiful bed and breakfast. The room was absolutely beautiful with all the lovely touches. The hosts were so friendly and charming! Breakfast was very tasty and super fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed just chatting to these lovely hosts. Would definitely come again. Highly, highly recommended.

Judith and Wayne are great hosts and lovely people. As we had no car and it was raining they even dropped us off for dinner and picked us up when we were finished. So grateful. They put meaning into the word hospitality. And that french toast for breakfast was superb.

Accommodation was stunning. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Host was just gorgeous, super friendly. Location was amazing and quiet. Beautiful gardens. If I ever return to NZ Stratford I would definitely rebook.
