Owner/phone receptionist who had clear english skills. Person understood clearly what I was looking for and processed my request easily. Nice rooms and easy to find. Nice location even though 50kms from my final destination . Not much when you are in Auckland.

Not a big fan of Booking.com I had trouble with them last year. although this was how I stumbled upon this motel I will try and stay here for auckland visits in future. I understand technology has almost removed jasons motel guide books.

This place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, clean and met our needs as a family. We definitely will be back. It is awesome to be able to stay in a place where it met our daughters needs - both the spa and swimming pool and also we are still able to be in the region for our business. Thank you to the staff and the owner for the best motel we have stayed at in all our years of operating our company. Thank you.

I had a room at the back set back from the main road and it was nice and quiet. The rooms are comfortable with cooking facilities. Some inclusions such as meal preparation knives would be good but overall it was well setup.

Comfortable bed. Great spa bath. Easy access off a side street made entering and exiting a lot easier than straight onto the busy main road access.

I was given a car space outside my unit and when I came back someone else had taken it. I did manage to park in front of another unit, hoping it was unoccupied.

Good location. Pukekohe within walking distance. Outside your room was a table and 2 chairs plus an ash tray which was great. Great shower with a good size bathroom.

Would have been nice to have a cooking bowl to use in the microwave instead of a breakfast bowl.

Very centrally located so it was the perfect place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful

The decor was a little tired, the mirror fell off the wall but they put it back up. The room was clean.

It was so close to the event we were attending for the long weekend that we only had to walk. Was great that the dairy was just across the road, along with the takeaway which sold amazing fish and chips!

I think the only thing I didn't really like was that there were no netting on the main window so everyone could see inside and there was no privacy unless you closed the curtains.

We were greeted by the loveliest man , he was friendly and helpful .He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed , even though the room was at the road front it was quiet and no road noises

The weather was not the best so we did not get the opportunity to use the swimming pool . It looked clean and inviting though , maybe next time we stay

Location was ideal for us and the unit was warm, clean and comfortable. We needed to stay an extra night and the Manager (Tony) was very obliging.

Easy to find, good value for money, The bath was great. As we asked for late check in the owner personally rang to give instructions as to where the key would be.

The parking was a little tight and the room was a little musty but I assume that's from being closed up.
