Comfortable and clean rooms. The bed was cosy. The rain shower and spa tub were enjoyable and clean. The sofa was large and plush, perfect for watching Netflix on the tv. Kasha and Ira manage the property well. They are friendly, accommodating and work hard to ensure the property is well kept. Our stay was lovely and peaceful. We added an extra night stay because it was so neat, clean, comfortable and pleasant.

Beds were super comfortable, place was very clean and the room was nice and warm when I arrived.

There was random chairs in front of my door when I arrived. Maybe paint disabled sign on the carpark spaces instead of a sign on the wall, I completely missed it and didn't realise until the morning that I parked in the disabled parking (I felt like an idiot when it was pointed out to me, sorry).

The lady was so accommodating. Our ferry got cancelled and we were put on a later ferry. This meant we did not arrive at the motel until 1am in the morning. when I rang to arrange a late check in she was so understanding and left the room open for with the keys inside. Also let us check out a little later so we could get some sleep. Great motel and excellent service. I would stay here again.

Nothing to dislike about this place

Check in was simple and very informative. The room was comfortable and clean, had everything we needed and was warm with the use of the heatpump. Parking was great, right outside the room. The cafe next door was handy for breakfast too.

The bed was a bit to hard for us and there was flaking paint in the bathroom, the bathroom in particular could do with a bit of TLC. The shower does not cater for taller people or wider people.

No impressed that the associated cafe was not open for breakfast as would normally be the case Not impressed at being quoted $166.00 and yet having an $11.00 surcharge added, making it $177.00. This additional cost was not explained to me, and with that being the case, I will not use this motel again.

I was very impressed by the value for money, it was very clean and a pleasant room to stay in. Right across the car park was an awesome little cafe I had breakfast at which was very nice. I have been telling everyone I will definitely remember this place if ever I need to book motel accommodation in Whanganui again.

Could hear heavy walking people in unit above

The bed in my first room (two singles to make a king) was a bit scew wiff in the middle and made sleeping uncomfortable. The second room with a smaller bed (double) was better, thank you.

location is very good, easily walking distance to major supermarkets and right next door to a very good Thai resaurant and cafe, Staff were lovely and friendly.

Outside the property is a bit tired but not too bad.

While the room was very small, it was perfect for a one night stay, and definitely value for money. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great.

The cafe on site wasn't open for breakfast, but I doubt that that was the motel owners' fault.
