Place was beautiful, workers dressed professional, food was great, good value.

The workers tend to ignore you even if your standing right next to them waiting to check in. You have to make sure to let them know you want to check in even if your standing there with your bags. Don't speak English well. I asked to book a taxi to the airport the next morning 3 times. The staff member nodded his head 3 times when I asked if I was booked but he never booked my shuttle, he just nodded his head because he probably couldn't understand me.

Excellent pick-up service - our flight was very delayed the driver was there to pick us up regardless! Easy check-in / check-out service any time of the day and perfectly fine rooms to stay for the night (no window) with loads of room (2 double beds and 1 high-bed). Very clean, clean towels and shower gel / hand wash was provided which I liked.

Breakfast options could be improved

Very accommodating and let me leave my luggage while I went to Ometepe for a few days by motorcycle. The breakfast could definitely use improvement -- service is slow to get a cup of coffee. But other than that, I love this place and the staff is great. Very close to the airport and they offer a shuttle for $4. It's where I always stay when I'm coming in and out of Managua.

The airport shuttle they offer for 6 USD is often not there at time. This trip it went very well. But you should have the hotel number in your phone to call them if nobody shows up! This is the ONLY negative part. We stay there now always for about 8 years. And I don't know why there is sometimes a problem with the airport shuttle pickup.

It's close to the airport for travelers arriving or departing. A wonderful, filling, and tasty breakfast with several choices is included in the price. The restaurant is open 24 hours. There is a bar, a small gift shop, and items like toothpaste are available for purchase at the desk, along with snacks. My room was rather spartan in decor, but wifi was great. They offer a low cost airport shuttle. The driver arrived right on time. The A/C in the room was good and there was hot water for showers. I would definitely stay there again.

The property is in a mixed gated development with homes and businesses alike, so not much to see or do in the immediate area. Definitely not a resort - type experience, but for a short stay the price, amenities and location make it worth checking out. The bathroom seemed a bit of an afterthought; small and difficult to maneuver in, with no space for your items. Soap and shampoo are not provided.

Is was comfortable it was close to the airport but is all the way in the back of the gated community and is so hard to find transportation and the staff is not very helpful

I asked for a call to the airport and the staff won't help me with that they refuse to let me call about my plane trip it was awful and is so far from the road had to walk a distance to find a car and go personally to airport because they won't help me

I got a pick-up organized by the hotel, which was great and only 6$. they waited for me and were really kind. quick to get to from the airport. the staff was very friendly and helpful and even helped me organize a taxi to my next stay. thank you very much! you can buy drinks at the reception. This is a great place to stay if you have an early flight to catch or get in late. not very luxurious but ok for one night.

there was a bit of black hair on my pillow. the breakfast could do better.

This is such a beautiful place. I'm so bumped that I was only here for the night, and I didn't get to enjoy it fully. They have a 24-hour kitchen and staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the airport. I will be back.

Everything was great! Hot water in the shower, ac working well, I could really get some rest before a long trip.

The only thing that could improve is a wifi in the room. In my room it was really weak, 90% of time I couldn't use it. Also, wish there were some more food options in the restaurant but it was still okay

What a pleasant surprise! We expected it to be like a hostel, for the price we paid....but at a third the price of the Best Western, near the airport, we are only five minutes away. The room is basic but, as we expected and very clean. Shower was great and the bed must be good as we slept soundly for ten hours. The staff was friendly and helpful in all aspects. Restaurant served a great bacon and egg breakfast with toast and freshly made coffee.We also ate dinner and lunch here....lots of choice....food good....and very reasonably priced. Bonus was a great gift shop for tourists. Jan got a hand woven purse for $16 and I got an Aussie style hat for $6....both a bargain!

Only downside is very minor! The road in off the highway is not very long but is gravel and very bumpy....leading you to think...."Oh, oh! What am I headed into? But you will be in for a big surprise as everything after that is better than expected."
