The reception was flexible with our late check-in time. We got a free upgrade, which exceeded our expectations a lot more. You can literally leave your skis outside the apartment-door, have a quick lunch and be immediately on the slopes again which was unprecedented for us! Nicely maintained facility with pool and wellness area that you can reach via the garage. We came with two cars and both cars got a parking spot in immediate proximity of the apartment.

The steamroom could have used a llittle fragrance as it only smelled like a wet room and we found it a bit unusual to having to bring our own bedlinen. Also the fireplace didnt work, but all of these things were only a minor inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Geilo apartment! The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything necessary for a pleasant visit. The location was absolutely perfect – just a few steps from the ski lifts and with an amazing view from the window. The cozy atmosphere made our experience even better. One thing to note is that we didn’t know in advance that we needed to bring our own bedclothes, but luckily, we were able to rent them from the reception, so it was not a big issue. We were four adults, and we all truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was nicre, we got that we exepted, so there`s nothing to complane about.

The apartments are lovely and well located, you can easily ski in and out. The pool are is lovely and perfect for the children after a days skiing. You can order fresh pastries and collect from reception in the morning max which was delicious!

there wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property, but be aware there aren’t any shops in walking distance so make sure you have everything you need. the local supermarkets are great and are a 5 min drive away.

The gym, pool, steam room and sauna were great. Apartment layout and location plus parking was also excellent. Best of all though was the incredible staff - so friendly/ helpful and passionate about their country

The storage in the bedrooms needs improvement. Two chest of drawers for 4-5 people and no wardrobes isn’t great

Very comfortable, amenities were great, everything you'd need is 10-15 min drive if not available at the room itself.

Directions to the hotel entrance and the room were not clear, I arrived late after reception had already left, I picked up the key smoothly, but couldnt understand how to reach to the room. Access to the rooms is from the parking lot, through unlabeled stairs which should take you to your room area. Once you understand that, everything else is very smooth. The bed rooms are in the attic where the ceiling is sloped low, that was unusual for me.

We came here in July and overall we are satisfied with our stay. The view is breathtaking and there were many empty apartments, which made the place quiet. The apartment was spacious for 3 people, with many amenities such as a fully functioning kitchen. A tunnel underneath the apartments lets you get close and you don't have to carry all your things.

Bedsheets are not provided, but you can pay 150 kr per person extra.

Ski-in, Ski-out was hugely beneficial. Underground parking. Large 4-bedroom apartment with great dining room, living room, & fireplace. In-apartment dry sauna was enjoyed by us. The 3 bathrooms were helpful. Grocery stores in Geilo were excellent for bringing food back to the apartment. Hotel staff were all super helpful. Dishwasher was convenient.

Cleaning the apartment before we left was a little inconvenient. Paying for bedsheets & towels - 800 NOK for the 8 days for 5 sets of sheets / towels was a bummer. A clothes washer / dryer would have been appreciated.

Nice mountain views and large apartment with a full kitchen. Friendly staff. Indoor parking area with easy access to the rooms.

Anyone in the reception area has a view directly into the pool area. The hotel surroundings does not look very nice outside of the winter months. A little disappointed that you have to pay extra for towels and bedding. No restaurants on the premises.

Ski in, ski out location. Excellent and very responsive staff - particularly Jan the handyman - even at the busiest time of the season. Underground car park. Standard of cooking equipment and crockery was excellent. Having access to a sauna and steamroom was also nice.

To accommodate 2 adults each, the two top floor, eaves bedrooms of the standard 8 bed apartment were both too small for comfort. Getting in and out bed was a challenge. Also, although the apartment overall was excellently appointed and clean, in a well run complex, as others have noted, the actual furniture and beds, although comfortable and fully functional, were well used and a bit worn now.

This was one of my favorite stays when travelling in Norway. Even though it was off-season we were able to enjoy ourselves a lot. Our villa was very comfortable and complete, it had everything you need. I would certainly be back for ski season in the future.

Maybe I would just suggest having the option to go to the pool later at night because they close it around 5-6pm so you're not able to enjoy it afterwards. Also it would be nice if they also included at least 2 pillows per person.
