Central location, 1 minute walk from the central station. Very close to the city centre. Helpful staff. The room was large and very clean. Overall, it felt fresh. Compliments to the cleaning team.

The temperature could be higher. Some of us come from warmer climes. :) A little table with a kettle and some teacups would be most welcome. A little notice on doors to remind guests to not slam their doors would add the to comfort. The noise travels very easily. WiFi was lagging at times.

Right next to the train station and very easy to walk most places. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is basic, but has a nice view and everything you need for a short stay.

A little expensive for what the room actually is. You're paying for the convenient location and other amenities in the hotel, like the lounge area upstairs, which is nice, but not used by all customers. Overall I do recommend this hotel for short stays and solo travelers.

Nice size of the room, clean. Very good location, right next to the train station, with lots of buses and trains going further into town.

The room was really poorly lit, just one upper light not even in the centre of the room where the beds are, bedside lamps also don't do much. Would be great to have a kettle in the room and a fridge, even a shared one in the corridor. Also my card wasn't working once and it had to be magnetised again.

nice central hotel next to the central station. however it’s not noisy at all. comfortable beds as well

It's nice being able to go straight there when arriving by train (though it's a little frustrating that reception closes around the same time the last train from Oslo gets in). The rooms are quite spacious, and I was glad that mine had a desk and chair. You can hear the trains, but they aren't much bother. The add-on breakfast is okay value if you're going to be sitting around in the morning doing some admin and drinking several cups of coffee (free refills).

No facilities for washing clothes on site.

room was ok location was excellent , near to train station. nice view and quiet, i was satisfied.also alchohol wine was cheap.

time for check in was too much 10' i was waiting together with two more persons , of the reason nobody was in reception when i was arrived, also was a phone number but when i took for her line comes after 10'... if you are a receptionist you must to be at your position and to waitig for the cst.

Our room was very big and clean and had nice view of boats in small inletand the UNESCO warehouse building too. The common areas were claena nd had plenty of space and were relaxing place to sit down and to eat food we brought ourselves.

I looked at preakfast but it was prepacked in plastic. I'm careful not to use plastics as often as possibe not very inspiring we went without and waited to get on the trian and had very good lunch instead. No kitchen

The staff make the place worthy of a special mention. A young woman called Julie Torbergsen restored my faith in human nature. I managed to leave my passport and wallet in room, and set off on my motorcycle. 6 hours later, when I get to Mo i Ran I receive a call telling me this - she then offered to bring my things up to Bodo where I was on the road to. Which she did next day and handed them over. It is people like Julie that make you want to return to a country or town. The hotel is in a good location for visiting Trondheim, near main train station.

The bed was super comfortable and the view from my room was fantastic (even looking out onto the train tracks). The room was quiet and had everything I needed - super easy to check in and out and a great location

A hair dryer in the room would be nice - other than that it was a perfect stay

If the ferry had docked where they said it would it would have been a perfect location. Unfortunately it berthed some distance away and it was a long walk - but bus, ferry and train were all nearby.

Closing the doors at 11.00pm meant I missed the last ten minutes of a football match I was watching in a nearby pub.
