The location was good - central and close to everything we wanted to see in Trondheim. The beds were good and clean and the layout of the room was comfortable. Thank you for our stay

It would have been nice to have a kettle and a cafetière in the room although tea and coffee was available in the reception area during opening hours. There was no parking and although parking options were nearby and the staff helped me work it out, it would have been nice to have more information on this at the outset/ on the website e.g can park for free 8pm to 8am

I had a room on the 4th floor, very charming. You have a look over the roofs.. Good mattress, good sleep. Would have stayed longer. Very cozy. The only thing is, that you have to walk up the stairs, but that did not bother me at all. Good exercise. Got some help with the luggage.. quiet street right in the center..

The view was spectacular. The cabin was clean and comfortable.

Long uphill hike to the location toting our luggage. If taxi/shuttle was available, we couldn't figure out how to access it. Top bunks were hard to get into - ladders were not designed well. Long waits to get into bathrooms/showers. Hot plate in cabin was hard to use -- no markings on the controls.

The facility is ideal for a citi break. Close to downtown, close to several stores. Comfort enough for people with low expectations. Warm water, quiet rooms. I recommend

Lacks an extra bookcase/cabinet and table/chair in the bathroom to have somewhere to put clothes. Few electronic contacts.

It's a convenient solution for who is looking for a permanent accomodation. It's functional and place in a strategic position. The staff is nice and kind.

Some details in the rooms can be improved. The shower without a curtain makes it a little messy.

Single occupancy room I have booked had everything I needed for my stay and more. It was facing the backyard and very quiet. The bed was wider than a regular single bed and was very comfortable. The room was very clean. Heated bathroom floors were already at a decent temperature. The room even had a kitchenette and a fridge. However, I didn't use them. For a longer stay, they would have been very convenient.

Most liked the view front the windows on the not noise street with cozy houses. We stayed in room 26. The room is renovated, but it's done in a very economical way. Excellent location in the city centre.

Sink in the bathroom is too small!

A good place to stay for a night. Close to train station and tourist attractions. Complimentary coffee and tea in the reception area. Manager drive is to the train station when taxi didn't turn up on time. Overall a pleasant stay.

We were good with the stairs but if you have any mobility concerns, heavy luggage, small children, ask for rooms on main floor.

It's in the middle of the city, so getting anywhere is at max a 15 minute walk. The employees were friendly and greeted you with a smile. They were also very open to questions and answered them with good info
