Very friendly staff. U could feel they are a fun team, u heard laughters from the kitchen and everyone had a genuine smile on their face. Must be the only airport hotel where i stayed where it didnt feel just like a very industrial place. It had the views ( Norway has kind of this thing that wherever u look u see nice views), it had warm friendly staff (the guy at the reception heard i was fron Ro so he made sure that our snack was served by my fellow Ro-it was a very nice personal touch). Room was clean , comfy, had everything needed for a quick passing by. The breakfast had a lot of choices. We liked it

The hotel is new, clean and tidy. The room was small, minimalistic, but it had everything you need. Location close to the airport (5-10 minutes by taxi), additionally in a furniture store on the ground floor near the hotel there is a restaurant with low prices and very tasty food (you pay once and you can eat as much as you want). The hotel is very nicely located close to the water. If you don't have heavy luggage, you can walk to the hotel from the train station "Stjørdal stasjon". I reported an early flight to reception and got a sandwich and an apple as part of the take away breakfast package :-)

The bathroom became overflooded every time we tork a shower as thebspace för the shower is separatas only by a curtain but there is nothing on the floor to stop the water running out of the shower space. The hotel is 15 min walk from the train station and not totally easy to find. We arrived late and did not know how to get a taxi, so if you are planing to come without car, better ensure you have a taxi booked in avance.

A quiet place near the beach. New building, everything clean and looks like it hasn't been used at all. Stayed only overnight. Left at 5AM to airport, breakfast to take was left to pick at the reception desk as said by the staff.

I walked from the train station in Stjoerdal, which took me about 20 min. It was a bit difficult to find a hotel at night, but Google maps has done its job perfectly. The room was at ground level, window just next to the walkaway, which gave an uncomfortable feeling that anyone can look inside. Window can't open wide, it was a bit to warm. The leaflet about how to use ventilation written only in Norwegian (no English translation). No info about how to use WIFI in the room (although I didn't ask at the reception or look at the website).

The breakfast was the nicest hotel breakfast I've ever had. Reception was very helpful and friendly when I arrived super late (1:00 am) to check in. Room was clean and warm and comfy.

The shower floor was leaky and caused water to pool up around the floor in the bathroom. It's also not super close to the train station so if you're arriving that way, expect to take a strange 15 minute walk or take a cab.

Excellent breakfast selection, clean and trusting environment, dinner buffet was wide ranging and coffee and tea available all day and night was lovely addition. View stunning, better if not so wet!! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Overall the room is a small one, but then you do not need to spend much time there so it was not a negative as such. No other issues at all.

Warm foods at breakfast, electric car chargers next to the hotel, modern and new feeling of the hotel. Lots of free parking spots.

Room was a bit hot. Breakfast was running out of foods already 1 hours before closing. Bad/Limited electrical outlet in bathroom, I think it was limited to 25mA (5 watts at AC), so forget using a shaver in there or charging anything in the bathroom.

Stayed the night before a flight. Good room for one night. You do not have to queue at the entrance, as the hotel has electronic registration. Delicious breakfast for all tastes.

Very little space in the room. We walked from the bus stop for a long time. The fan didn't work in our room and we opened the windows as the hotel is close to the airport so you can hear the plane

Verry accommodating, helpful caring staff. Cool keycard. Delicious breakfast ready 15 minutes before their schedule.

The kiosk wasn't updated to the wares they had there. Some would say the room was small but I found the size perfect especially for the price. It could have had a laundry room but there is access to a iron and iron board, more towels and even more soap or toilet paper on each floor.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much to ask, it was just a very good experience throughout. The rooms were small but totally adequate, fast wifi, lovely location. And the breakfast was a total surprise: So much choice, so many options, so fresh!

the windows could barely be opened. The airing vent turned itself on and off, I found that not so brilliant. .
