A lovely hotel! It is about 15 minutes from the airport and easy to get most places from here. The breakfast was incredible, rooms comfortable, and staff were very kind. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was great, like Arabic/Italian vines. Our only complaint was the parking! There is side street parking that is not proper (slanted and not marked) or underground parking that is through a car lift. We were in a huge 4x4 rental car and didn’t feel comfortable taking the lift so we opted for the street parking, but the next morning, we couldn’t get out 😡 Took two hours and many kind hotel staff and nearby taxi/tour guides help to get out of our parking spot. I really enjoyed my 2 night stay at this property. Everything was in the point. The staff were friendly and prompt .The room was spacious and cozy with a beautiful view over the mountains. Also the location of the hotel is convenient for the guests .There are two shopping malls which are about 5 minute walk away from the hotel.

All was amazing.

Comfortable. Good location. Close to few main spots like Mosque and Royal Opera. Has a automated cab/taxi kiosk inside. Rooftop was nice. They let us keep our luggage for a day after checkout.

Fine and comfortable stay. Location is amazing - several cafes and restaurants nearby - Oman Avenue Mall too not much far - walkable sometimes. Basic but nice and clean Gym - good enough for few days. Comfortable and hygienic. Fair pricing for extended checkout post 2 PM (not simply flat half day rate at some counterparts). Breakfast decent.

Breakfast can be better. Falafel (or was it made of beans) tasted odd - sour or not fresh. Not a fan of Indian Food but if you keep something Indian, screwing the combination and messing the flavors is a turn off. Just Coconut Chutney with Idly (no sambar), and the same Aloo Mutter & Yellow Dal with Poori on one day, and with Plain Parantha (Maida base) on another day was a turn off. And taste was just OK. Try Choley (Chickpeas) with Poori for a change if you have to make it. Though doesn't matter much to me as am not really a fan of Indian food. Sauna facilities is included at almost all other hotels I have stayed in, but not here - Don't use to much so not really a turn off for me.

The room was very good, the lobby beautiful and even tho I had a very late checkin (4:50), they were flexible. The location is very close to the Avenues mall and not that far from Oman Mall, Sultan Qaboos Mosque and Royal Opera House. The staff was really kind and let me check out later with no fee.

In the shower, it’s easy for water to overflow into the bathroom.

Amazing hotel! It is very comfortable and very modern. Early check-in at 1 pm was no problem, because they had a free room. It was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The pillow was little bit hard for me, so I requested a soft pillow, which I got very soon. There are two bus stops near the hotel. Local restaurants are in walkable distance, like 10 minutes far. I also got a free room upgrade from the hotel receptions, which was very kind. The furniture and everything in this hotel is very modern. It is a nice place to stay, I can really recommend. It is a guest-friendly hotel.

There's lots to like in this hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, great water pressure and super air-conditioning. There's a good gym and small rooftop pool. We didn't eat the buffet but it looked okay. Wi-fi was fast and all over the building.

My only real niggles are that having asked for a room on a high floor they gave me exactly the opposite. When I queried they wouldn't move me up because sections of the hotel were closed over Ramadan for repair but they gave a room with a better outlook which was okay. The other thing is the pool area is small with only limited seating and literally 6 sunbeds so very crammed in the afternoon.

The room was spacious enough. We had an accessible room, which was fine. The breakfasts were good, as was the pool and fitness centre. Staff were helpful and reacted quickly to any problem. The hotel has a useful supply of taxis on hand for use by guests.

The pillows are rather on the hard side and of a size that one is not enough, but two is too many. Difficult to get comfortable. The lighting in the room was poor and the bathroom could really do with some shelves as there was nowhere to put anything. The location is good for the malls, but not very interesting other than that.

Air-condition in the room was too loud even on the lowest speed of the fan. Internet connection through wi-fi was ok with our mobile phones, but on computer it was too slow even to browse static websites - it was impossible to use any streaming services. Only place were you can dry your swimsuit after visiting hotels pool was one drying two or three drying rods in the bathroom where you also want to hang your tovels. Also there is TV in the room but it is not very smart, only providing TV channels and information about hotel - definitely state of the art technology some 20 years ago, but not any more.

Fantastic hotel, everything was high quality, bed, bathroom. Breakfast buffet was very good and the restaurant offerings were fine and not overly expensive. The quality of the staff is particularly high. Special mention to the house keeping team and restaurant team.

Tour offerings. This isn't a hotel issue really as its a private company who deal with tours. This company focus on 1-1 private tours. Crazy expensive equivalent of £ 200 + for a day tour or £ £ 100+ for a 4 hrs city tour. They were not at all interested in helping me join a group tour. I would suggest using the taxi drivers who will take you any where at a decent price.
