I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't praise their hospitality enough. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. What truly stood out was the unexpected free upgrade to a more luxurious room, adding an extra layer of delight to my experience. From the warm welcome at the reception to the personalized service throughout, it's evident that this hotel prioritizes guest satisfaction. The attention to detail and the commitment to providing an exceptional stay make it a top choice for anyone seeking a memorable and pampering hotel experience.

Excellent self catering apartment which suited our needs perfectly. Super friendly staff, excellent well equipped gym and medium sized rooftop pool. We did not want to stay in a hotel and Fraser Suites suited us perfectly. The outdoor restaurant (Hamra) was very atmospheric with an amazing sunset view.

Whilst the location was fine for us as Oman has very efficient, cheap taxis, it is not next to a beach or any of the places to visit. The Mall of Oman is a medium walk / short taxi ride. English TV options a bit limited.

We stayed around 17 days. The people at the reception were very friendly & helpful, not only when we checked in but also during our stay. Sheikha, the receptionist was very nice & always helped when needed. She and Munther, the other receptionist, were very professional. Reem, who works at the guest relations kept asking us if everything thing was ok & if we needed anything. They were all truly proficient in their line of work. Thank you all. In addition, the location of the hotel is awesome. It’s located in a busy area & very close to some of the beautiful shopping malls in Muscat.

I had chosen Fraser Suites Muscat for my 4 night stay in Oman and it was a fabulous option. The team at the hotel did a terrific job at making my family feel welcomed and at home with all our needs and requirements. We had stayed at a 2BHK 3Bath Apartment Suite which was extremely spacious and had a lot to offer. We made use of the extra amenities like gymnasium, roof top swimming, jacuzzi & spa. The hotel has ample safe basement for your vehicle and restaurants and cafes available within the facility. The room was upto the mark neat and tidy. Well done decor and furniture. In conclusion, the stay was high value for money and I would recommend Fraser suites for other travelers to Oman as well. The location is good. Around 15-20 mins drive from the cities like Muttrah and Qurum.

If I had to nitpick I would say, I didn’t have a dental kit kept in my washrooms ready. Once I called and requested, they immediately provided it. The washroom water heaters hold a minimum capacity of hot water gets over after 15-20 mins of showering.

Our room was great, we stayed with 4 adults and got two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there was an additional bathroom with a shower. The living room is really spacious and includes a seating area & dining table. There is also a kitchen with all the amenities and a dishwasher. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept great during our stay. We made great use of the pool on the top level and the gym. The location is also really central in Muscat, nothing is too far away. I could recommend this stay to anybody staying in Muscat

Gym has most basic things, but is nothing special

The the car park is spacious even for a big cars,,,, I stayed in one bedroom suite which is spacious and equipped with all the requirements - coffee machine, fridge and freezer, stove, different utensil , washing machine and dish washer. The suite is clean and comfortable. The location is good and close to shopping mall, but you still need a car to travel.

Fraser is a five star hotel, but it can can not compete with other five stars hotel in Muscat, other hotel level of luxury is much higher,,,, the suite is clean but there some places in toilet need more cleaning - see the attached picture. Most point which I did not like is the staff in the reception, he needs to be more friendly when dealing with the hotel gust. During the check in and check out, he hardly smile or show you that you are welcome in the hotel.

I stayed at this property for about 2 weeks and it was a great stay! The apartments are comfortable, clean and spacious. Really felt like being at home. Full kitchen (including an oven), washing machine, refreshing shower, comfy sofa. Nice pool area and a very large fitness center that faces the beautiful mosque across the street. Staff is friendly and helpful. You'll need a rental car to get around, or download the Otaxi app (which is what I did). Works just like Uber. Really enjoyed my time staying here and would absolutely stay there again the next time I am in Muscat!

Not really anything I didn't like.

The breakfast was fine, the room is clean. The front office staffs were very helpful.

the pool is lovely, also the appartment was lovely - just bathrooms seemed to be already very old, they definetely need to be fixed

bathrooms most probably not renovated since 10 years, also we received only 2 towels (we booked and were 5 people) and it took to 2 days to get additional 3 towels (i had to ask 3 times at reception). hotel is close to the white mosque but far from anything else - although you anyhow need a taxi as there is no real center in Musquat - i would prefer to stay in an urban area next time

Very well maintained property. In a good location. Close to at least 3 shopping malls and a small shopping centre in walkable distance. The rooms are very big and the facility inside the room is 5 star. It’s a service apartment concept and has functional kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator and ironing facility. The place has a functional GYM and roof top swimming pool. The staff is well trained and courteous. Especially Kamal and Reem were amazing. Also the reception staff (sorry, unable to recall their name) and the front office manager (the person from Egypt) Overall, it was a very good stay for us. I would stay here again if in Muscat.
